This is an awesome evolution of technology. Allows control of devices through your WiFi network. Since remote is RF instead of infrared, there are no line of sight or latency issues. Commands are very snappy. App works great on iOS devices and ether included remote works fine. No need for a screen on it when you can just grab your smartphone or tablet. Setup can be a little tricky depending on the complexity of your network. I recommend adding rules in your router so the Logitech router is in DMZ. There are known issues if it's firewalled.

This remote is great. The ability to control a fire tv stick is a big plus. Lots of options and good information on line.

Purchased this remote when I bought an Amazon fire TV. I needed a remote that would work with bluetooth and still control my TV and receiver that work with IR. Very happy with the product. The set-up can be a little complicated since you need to download the app onto your phone first to make the initial connection, but once that's done it works great.

I've been working on setting up voice recognition to turn all my TVs on and off, and got this unit (harmony hub) for the TV that does not have HDMI CEC support. Works as intended - I'm able to turn the TV/audio receiver ON and OFF via voice recognition on google home mini. No issues with Orbi mesh wifi. Also got FLIRC usb IR receiver (dongle) to use this unit for controlling the PC that's attached to the TV.

I mainly bought this for the hub to use with my Echo. It takes a bit of tinkering to get it up and running but everything works get once you get past the installation. The software could be better. The app works great also. One downside is you need 2 different skills with the Echo. One controls the volume while the other one turns stuff on and off, a little annoying but I got use to it.

This is a must-have. It's easy to program and makes turning on everything a click away.

I bought this hub and remote hoping it would integrate well with my alexa-based devices and allow me to add all of my entertainment devices into my smart home. Unfortunately, I have found that it only gives extremely limited smart home control over most aforementioned devices. It only controls devices in the same room as the hub, unless you can get the IR blaster to run into another room, but the cord is super short, so good luck with that. Everything the remote does, you could accomplish much better with one of the lesser harmony universal remotes. It has basic On/Off and volume control over TVs, Receivers, Game Consoles, etc., but not much else. For anything else you have to get super creative with the command and activity system that you have to program into the hub. It may be possible to get more out of this device than I have managed, but it just takes too much setup and work.
