One controller for everything. Too bad it doesn't have voice recognition. Overall a good product and pretty easy to set up.

Bought this for the hub. The basic remote is a joke but the hub has done what I wanted it to do. Luckily I can upgrade the remote to the ultimate at a later date. At almost 50% off, it was worth it. Just wish there was a way to make the hub communicate with other Logitech remotes so they both track the status of an activity.

Purchased this remote when I bought an Amazon fire TV. I needed a remote that would work with bluetooth and still control my TV and receiver that work with IR. Very happy with the product. The set-up can be a little complicated since you need to download the app onto your phone first to make the initial connection, but once that's done it works great.

Great overall but the included remote does not have a IR blaster so the 1 IR blaster that is included has to be able to see the TV and the hub can be used as a blaster as well giving you 2 total IR repeater's it's good but may be issue for some situations

This control is exactly what we wanted. It streamlines all of our controllers into one easy to use system. Highly recommend!

This is a must-have. It's easy to program and makes turning on everything a click away.

I mainly bought this for the hub to use with my Echo. It takes a bit of tinkering to get it up and running but everything works get once you get past the installation. The software could be better. The app works great also. One downside is you need 2 different skills with the Echo. One controls the volume while the other one turns stuff on and off, a little annoying but I got use to it.

This is a good remote for a entry level entertainment center.

I bought this for the convenience factor of being able to program a phone app to control multiple platforms in my bedroom. Set up was pretty easy and when it actually connects to the hub, the thing is pretty good at controlling your components with little to no lag time. That being said, the phone stayed connected to the hub for about a day then the app could not find the hub. We would disconnect it sync it using the computer. It turns out that iOS is not as compatible with the device as we hoped. After returning the product 3 TIMES (what can I say, I had faith) it turns out I have to restart the phone then open the app and it usually if not always finds the hub. It's a bit of a pain and not as convenient as I was hoping, bit we didn't want to invest in a remote that will also get lost vs. our phones that we carry everywhere.

After dealing with 4 remotes going to this one is great

I bought this hub and remote hoping it would integrate well with my alexa-based devices and allow me to add all of my entertainment devices into my smart home. Unfortunately, I have found that it only gives extremely limited smart home control over most aforementioned devices. It only controls devices in the same room as the hub, unless you can get the IR blaster to run into another room, but the cord is super short, so good luck with that. Everything the remote does, you could accomplish much better with one of the lesser harmony universal remotes. It has basic On/Off and volume control over TVs, Receivers, Game Consoles, etc., but not much else. For anything else you have to get super creative with the command and activity system that you have to program into the hub. It may be possible to get more out of this device than I have managed, but it just takes too much setup and work.
