I got it to use with Alexa, and it works really well with it. Setting it up with my TV and direct TV box was super easy.

We just updated our Harmony remote. Works really well.

I have had 3 Logitech remotes. all 3 did what they say, all my gear is in a closet, not in the living room. I like having no wires, but if I want this remote to turn on the TV I would have to hard wire another booster that would be visible in living room. However, the little small remote that comes with this model is pretty handy, and NO BATTTERIES TO CHARGE.

I've been working on setting up voice recognition to turn all my TVs on and off, and got this unit (harmony hub) for the TV that does not have HDMI CEC support. Works as intended - I'm able to turn the TV/audio receiver ON and OFF via voice recognition on google home mini. No issues with Orbi mesh wifi. Also got FLIRC usb IR receiver (dongle) to use this unit for controlling the PC that's attached to the TV.

Havent thrown anything too crazy at it yet but seems to do what I need it to do so far. Im not to crazy about the activities stuff but maybe thats the only way to integrate 250 billion devices or whatever. Does ir does rf does wifi, gets the picture on the screen and sound in your ears. Don't put your old remotes too far away.

Product does what it comes to be able to do. I have found this not always to be the case with universal remotes

We use the remote with our Roku TV and love it. One remote does everything we want and the kids find it easy, too.

Controls everything with a standard remote or smartphone, which is very easy to program. Better than previous versions. Excellent!

I decided to upgrade from the Harmony 700 after seeing a review of someone saying that their wife really liked it cause they didn't have to keep it pointed at the tv the entire time to turn in on. They were right! It sends a signal to your wifi and then to the tv through the hub. My only complaint is it doesn't have a screen on it to run other device functions, but so far that hasn't been needed since everything turns on right the first time(ie...I haven't gotten an angry call from my wife saying she hates it yet!)

Multiple options to control your tv. Either use the remote than comes with it or download the app to your smart device

Exactly what I was looking for in a programmable remote. Set up was straightforward on my PC. Learned that I needed the extension "blaster" that comes with the unit in order to make some components respond in my stereo cabinet. Key is for the extension blaster to be in "front" of components its controlling - if even by a few inches.

the harmony system is the easiest to set up. works great from the iphone. the only thing i wish is for is the system to have a ipad app

It's hard to get used to, but once you spend enough time with it, it's a pretty good product. I find myself using the remote more often than the app. It is nice when you leave the room you can still turn it off, but otherwise the remote it comes with is sufficient.

Connect with my smart devices and my tv so I can control everything on one remote or just from my phone! Awesome!

Love this remote, set up is easy. Switching between inputs works great and I never had to go find another remote.

Once programmed, it works great with all of my components.

Works so well and integrated well with Alexa. The voice control is working as described. My wife likes it very much.
