This is the first universal remote that does all it claims to do.

Replaced my old Logitech. Interfaced this remote with Alexa and Hue lights. Small, simple remote that works well.

I was pleased how easy it was to program this universal remote and to set up phones & tablets to use with it.

I bought the Smart Control because I was tired of searching for multiple remote controls. The set up might look simple, but it's not. This might be because of my TV though which is Insignia. I called Harmony who were able to set it up for me from their end. Works great now. Also connected my Echo Dot to it. That was easy to set up.

Was looking for a convenient, easy to use remote that would work with Fire TV. This has exceeded all expectations!

This remote connects with everything: tv, dvd, roku, even my WD video. Alexa can use it. Great.

This is the ultimate remote companion! Having support for bluetooth is what makes this a very big deal. I can control my TV, Soundbar, Game Consoles, and Fire TV all with this one remote thanks to its multiple connection abilities! Having the remote use wireless instead of the traditional IR of "normal" remotes also allows you to push your buttons anywhere without needing to point it at your device, and it still works. All in all a VERY solid product from Logitech!

I used it to control my soundbar, TV, AC, and upgright fan. I also use it with the Echo, Smartthings and they all integrate well. The new Alexa skills are an improvement though not fully there yet. Loading the app on the phone can be annoying because it will need to reconnect to the internet and the hub in periods of inactivity.

Love everything about the logitech remote! This is the second one i own in the house to control the bedroom tv.

Much better than earlier Harmony remotes. Point at one device select and forget. No need to hold handheld remote for extended time. Software vastly improved. Still a bit limited in setup but still great. Looks like I could take extra time and customize to fit non-standard needs

I purchased this to replace another Logitech Harmony remote. I wanted the hub to see if it could be voice operated with my Echo Dot. That works but the remote control that comes in the package is not as functional as the larger, older remote control.

May not be easy for some to set up but I thought it was. Makes things so much easier.

Works great in my movie room. I push one button and all my equipment is ready for movie watching, and it all happens from my iphone!

Hands down the best remote!!! This remote took me from 5 remotes to just one seams to work with everything!!!!

Takes a min to learn how to program, but streamlines well especially if you have many different devices.

This product was very reasonably priced a little trying to set up but was worth the time.
