Little expensive but if you have automated lighting set up this unit is awesome, you can include all of your lights and other home automated items in your scripts.

This remote will replace and condense all your remotes in this one package. I also really like that I can use an app with my phone if I don't have the remote handy.

This is a quality product. Only one complaint, ten days after the install it requested update, I said yes and did not know it would require reboot. I should have know this but this remote needs the off button held down 20 plus seconds to reboot and place back on it's cradle. A few kinks it sometimes goes to the wrong channel but more often than not it operates as it should. Holds a charge about a week.

I don't have any complaints really. It took me a bit to set it up and I had a few issues with Apple TV but I was able to get past them. You can really customize the remote and get creative with it which is nice. The only complaint I have is the limited customer support. If I'm willing to drop serious money on a remote, I would expect they would have more accessible customer support that doesn't charge money to even talk to you after a short period of time. Bottom line is that it does what it says and has a nice feel to it. I wish they would come up with a skin or case for added protection.

This remote isn't too hard to set up and works well. The only issue we had was that it was difficult to see the lighted keyboard to change channels and it was very sensitive to touch when scrolling. Not sure it was worth the price though. Just a personal preference it might be just what you are looking for or not!

I had the remote before this model and after a few months of this one being released I decided to upgrade to it. For the most part it's very nice. It does everything it says it can do. The only problem I have with it is the shape of the remote. It's designed in such an odd curve that when I go to fast forward or rewind my hand hits the digital keypad and my settings get out of whack.

The remote works great most of the time. I do need to manually fix the command when switching from hdmi to tv or back. Some of the other devices are flaky as well. Overall I purchased this one because I thought I could integrate with ZWave but you cannot without spending another $100 on another component.

We are happy about the universal remote. It's convenient and works very well.

Great product! I downloaded the app for the iPad and our iPhones and we manage everything from there. VERY simple to customize and manage any activity!

I bought this remote for the simplicity and to get rid of all other remotes. It works perfectly and like the fact it's chargeable just like a cell phone.

It takes a little time to set up but if you follow directions it works great

I love how this remote fits in your hand and how surprisingly light it is. The neatest thing was that I was able to program it thru my phone without the use of a computer or connecting it. The setup was easy, about 20 minutes, and hasn't had any issues since I began using it about 2 weeks ago. Controls everything in your entertainment system and more with ease.

I like this remote, but not as much as the harmony one that was discontinued. Setting it up is a little more complicated than it used to be but once complete it works perfectly. I did have to exchange the first one I bought because the volume up button would rewind any device I was watching. I tried everything to fix it and reset it three times before finally exchanging it for a new one. I also love that it can control lights with it.

Love how the remote is easy to learn and use. Able to use your mobile phone as a second remote once programmed. Easy to swipe and program for use with many devices. Takes the place of all those remotes to use when watching tv.

I purchased the Harmony all-inclusive remote on the advice of Best Buy media personnel. Unfortunately, after the remote was programmed by the installers, the remote cannot keep a charge. It has been an issue since day 1. I suggest you inquire about an alternative universal remote for your TV needs.

Excellent easy setup and navigation of the remote. Didnt require much knowledge just read the directions and it controlled everything i needed it to.

I bought this device after a recommendation from a best buy geek squad member. I had 6 different remotes. Now I have one that controls all my devices.
