this remote has made my TV viewing so much better. It seamlessly integrated with my TV, Satellite/DVR, DVD player, SONOS System, and even a very old VCR. It is great and worth the price.

The range isn't great at all. Even the "blasters" need to be super close and exposed to work. Also I have two Samsung tvs and if I turn it on it controlled both. I had to go back and program each blaster separately to control the tvs separately, which was a pain. After a somewhat stressful setup, I have it working now, and it does just fine.

Would have liked rf but with right equipment it works. Very user friendly. Battery life is great.

We bought this to replace our older harmony square remote which I have to say is way better than this one. Although this one does mostly same functions, it's hard to maneuver through the devices like the cable box, receiver, dvr etc. The face of the touch screen is way too small.

This system is far better than I expected. Unlike the old remotes that require you to hold facing the units while they turn on, you don't even have to point it in the direction. Also my wife had problem using the old Harmony remote and refused to even use it, but with this remote it is so simple especially with the on screen favorite channels. The charging base is great, I never need to worry about dead batteries.

Easily recognized all of our equipment. Still learning to use. Documentation could be better.

I was skeptical to purchase this for the price, but am extremely happy that I did. It paired with all my devices and there is no more clutter with 5 remotes laying around.

I love this remote, it controls my entire entertainment system. I love how you can create workflows. For example you hit play music vid and it turns on the TV, goes to the correct input, turns the blue ray player on, and turns the sound bar on all with a push of a button. Only thing better is the harmony elite which I returned because I just could not spend that amount of money on a remote control.

This is an awesome remote. Even though it does take a few to get setup. Once you have your systems added and configured - you are able to control an amazing amount of functions.

I have all of my electronic devices hidden from site. This remote is RF capable. I can control all of the devices from my couch - while keeping the living area less cluttered.

Logitech is a great addition to any home,once you get past the set up. If you plan on using your iPhone/tablet to control your system I highly suggest just getting the hub. The remote take some getting use to..it works fine just a bit harder to navigate than my older harmony remote that's the only reason I gave it 3 stars that and its a bit pricey!

Very simple to setup and use. Many of the functions I use are easily accessible. Works with multiple pieces of equipment and I also like the smart phone functionality. I've had several different Harmony remotes over the years, and this one is definitely the best one yet.

I've had several Harmony remotes over the years and they're great for eliminating all those extra remotes in favor of one activity-based universal remote. I upgraded to this model because of its integration with Amazon Echo. It does everything the earlier models did and more. Now I can use any smartphone as a remote, and I can control all my AV equipment using my voice with Amazon Echo.

Easy set up compared to older models. Smart phone app to set up makes it convenient.

Have had multiple problems with setting up the new Harmony Ultimate Home remote and getting it to work to control all our devices, but may have finally figured it out with Tech Support. My husband likes the remote, but I have issues since I am the one who has to program it and make it work for him. Alas, if he's happy I'm happy.

Simplifies the process with surround sound and blue ray etc. Works for the most part and better than our previous remote thru glass cabinet. Like the fact we have one and not 6. We researched others that were probably better but this does the job and is not expensive.

Works great. Highly recommend it if you trouble setting up different components.

Had an older 700 series remote for about six years and it served me well. I decided to upgrade to this Harmony Ultimate Home and I'm glad I did. I'm now able to power up Netflix which I could not do with my older one which is a huge plus. Additonally, the hub is an added benefit when paired to my Echo Dot. If I had just one negative about this remote, it is the slower response to turning everything one due to the commands going through the hub and not just from remote to my devices, but I can easily overlook this with the added functions I didn't have before. Love the charging base rather than having to plug to a USB cable. Still learning the button functions with both the short and long press. Hopefully, this lasts at least as long as my previous one. I give it four stars due to response speed, otherwise a very nice remote.

We upgraded to the Harmony Ultimate One because our Harmony One was old and we had loved it so much, we assumed this would be even better. It is not. The touch screen is overly sensitive, the system is a pain to set up, and it constantly makes mistakes.

Not the most intuitive remote to program but with a little effort it works perfect
