Our Geek Squad Rep suggested that we return this remote as we didn't have that many devices that needed to be controlled.

the device was easy to setup and learn how to use it. Once we got use to the differences from the previous device that we had we liked the new format.

This is the remote I finally decided on. This remote controls IR devices and Bluetooth as well. The real deal is in figuring out the placement of them.

Ok,.. so took a while to set up fully and to understand but it's a very nice remote and can control a lot of my smart home features. The screen locking every time a couple minutes pass is slightly annoying and would be nice to have a microphone for voice commands but can't get a better remote to get rid of all the remotes laying around and combine them all in one.

awesome control for remotes as a whole. Had very few problems setting it up and there was one challenge, but calling customer care was even easier.

I have been a logitech die hard for years now and this is my 4th "harmony" product from them. The "hub" doesn't connect everytime and doesn't recognize the remote (in the same room) It might be the worst remote i have owned from Logitech. you can't even adjust the Hue lights like they claim you can (can't change color and doesn't even dim like it should) It is basically a $300 brick!

Works exactly as described. Set up is a little tricky.

Had some issues at first with firmware but was able to update easily. Remote controls everything and the IR blaster is great.

Set this up for my home media center with AV amplifier, Cable DVR, Xbox One, PS3, Wii and TV. Controls all products, including Xbox, perfectly

This remote is very powerful and fully functional. I have only used it on my TV and have not yet expanded to operating other household devices.

Within 30minutes my tv, cable box, and surround sound reciever were installed to this along with my Philips hue! Simple set up and ease of use.

I bought this to replace an older Harmony remote. It is easy to set up and intuitive to use.

Remote has great features and is easy to use. It also can be paired up with smart phone devise to expand remote to other users in and outside the house.

This remote takes care of controlling all my home theater devices as well as being compatible with some smart devices.

I am having trrouble using the remote for smart TV I will keep trying and overcome it's differences.

I thought the remote would natively control my AppleTV's, z-wave, and other IP-based devices, based off the specs and features. I found that everything was IR-based and the base station was only a mechanism to hide the control behind a cabinet. I already had a IR relay behind my cabinet. I thought it would control my AppleTV over wifi.

Bought this for my parents. It eliminates multiple remotes. Easy to work. Had the geek squad program it. They did a great job

Great control. Easy to install and setup. Works great with the app. Allows you to control all equipment throughout the house.
