One control makes a happy home!

Easy setup and fun to use

Got this at a good price compared to the new elite but has all the features I need. What is amazing is that it recognized and incorporated all remote codes for all of my components including cable box and an older receiver, Also set up all Roku stations. Touch screen is easy to use, And best of all it works with My new Alexa Dot, its great fun telling her to turn on Netflex or Listen to music. 5 remotes are now in the drawer replaced by Harmony.

Universal...With Limitations

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to attempt to handle the vast amount of devices I have for my home theater and to reduce the amount of remotes I need. It is slow, it is limited in access and response, the battery life is terrible, and it just feels wholly out of date. It works poorly with Apple TV, it hardly works with PS4, it has a delay in feedback with most inputs, programming it is painful, and now it just sits around collecting dust. I would've returned this, but I waited too long. Utter waste of money.

It drains the battery severely. The only way to program the remote is the app and it takes a very long time. I also noticed that several devices had to be removed and added a few times to get them to work correctly. Fix the app and it would be great.
