I have never thought that a remote would be so complete and useful. I can control every device no matter brand or old it is. I also can control my nest temperature device my home locks and my entertainment devices with the same control. It makes me kind of lazy but really happy.

This is hands down the best purchase of a universal remote i have made. It works flawlessly with all of my home theater components. It is a little pricey but has software updates so you can get new firmware. So far it has been a good investment because of all in one control.

I wanted to be able to use my Amazon Echo to control all my entertainment devices and the way to do it is with the Harmony Hub and remote. Its a great remote in its own right, works with so many systems, but paired with IFTTT and Amazon Echo it lets me control everything by voice.

Great to have only one remote. Bad thing is it loses it's charge too fast. Wish it was battery operated like regular remotes.

I love this remote. I am not capable of utilizing its full potential, but it's really nice and I love what I do use it for. Great party tricks, too.

Okay device but placement of buttons could have been better. Setup took a little while but wasn't too bad.

Great control. If you have multiple items in your entertainment center then this is worth the purchase. You can control your direct tv, surround sound sound and tv and even your lights with one button. Theres so much you can do with this controller.

Great product. Took a bit to figure out programming, but I wasn’t doing everyday run of the mill stuff. I was programming whole house audio. Also, price was fantastic. Got it on clearance and wasn’t worth the extra costs of the Harmony Elite IMO

This is one of the best purchases I have made. No more fumbling for different remotes and I can finally close the door on my components with the rf controller. Great battery life and easy setup. Love the ability to use my phone as a remote with the harmony app.

Had to have the installer come back to reset things ... preferred using the different remotes ... always touch the wrong entry ... basically this universal universally sucks

Seems to work as anticipated. The app is very user friendly. The remote definitely has a different style then the older version, but comfortable.

Cool remote and easily programmed. I just wish there were physical number buttons. Changing channels was cumbersome.

very nice feel and weight. ir blasters work great. have not been able to connect it to lutron dimmer switch as advertised, but not sure if it needs lutron hub as well.

The set-up was pretty time consuming, granted it will save time in the long run. While this remote is typically $300, I only paid $160...and paid with a $100 GC this was a tough pill to swallow. All and all my efforts to program this thing needs refinement, the remote itself needs more customizations crazy to say... Essentially it's a work in progress b/c when I pay that kind of money I expect it to work perfectly, and I'm still working on that perfection.

GREAT REMOTE ESPECIALLY FOR BEHIND CLOSED CABINETS WHEN YOUR DEVICES ARE IN ANOTHER ROOM OR IN A CABINET BELOW AND YOU WANT TO KEEP THE CABINET DOOR CLOSED AND STILL HAVE REMOTE FUNCTIONALITY TO THE DEVICES THAT YOU'RE WATCHING!

I've had harmony remotes before but this is by far the best. I like the IR blasters. Everything worked with minimal setup. It even controls my hom thermostat. Everything in the cabinets work every time and has no problem communicatin with "Alexa".

Nice remote, big screen on the middle, backlit keys so you can see in dark rooms. The best part is that uses the hub to connect to Alexa and thru voice commands you turn on or off the activities (watch TV, watch Netflix, etc)

This remote has made everything easier. I upgraded an older harmony remote to this one. Since doing so controlling lights and thermostats has been a breeze. I can confirm the Lutron compatibility and the Philips Hue compatibility. If you want the best, this is it.

The way this is suppose to work is a great idea but had difficulty getting it hooked up and running with our cable/system.

I llllllooooooovvvveeee this remote. You can customize it to whatever you can think of. I have a Xbox one, LG TV, LG sound bar and a cable box all set up so I never have to change inputs. Finally can really put all my remotes away. Awesome
