    It has some feedback issues with a slight delay. The app on the phone is the same way. While a touchscreen is nice, it would be better if it had physical buttons or a faster response on pushing the screen

    WE HAD AN AUDIO SPECIALTY COMPANY REINSTALL AFTER WE GAVE UP AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HARMONY ULTIMATE HOME TO THEIR WORST ENEMY. HARMONY CALL CENTER IS FREE FOR THE 1ST 3 MONTHS THEN THEY HIT YOU WITH A $75 FEE. THE TECHS THERE BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH AND ARE VERY IMPATIENT.

    I have been using Logitech Harmony products for years, but this one was too complex. I could not get the product to manage my new Samsung TV, my DirecTV receiver and my Sony AV system. After a couple of days reviewing the installation, I gave up and returned the product to my local BestBuy store.

    Setting was easy. However, it got my two comcast boxes confused. therefore, when i turn the family room tv on, sometimes it also activates the tv in the kitchen. It is important to notice that the two boxes are different (one hgtv dvr, the other, just a regular box)
