This is my 3rd Harmony remote. Each one was an upgrade from the previous. I got the Ultimate Home to replace my Harmony One because it uses a hub and can control such devices as my Fire TV stick and my Hue lighting. Plus, it can be skilled to work with my Amazon Echo. And to think. When I was young we had to move around to turn things on and off and to change channels.

Overall I like this remote but the touch screen can be fickle when using the buttons close to the edge. I wish there was a way to reduce the screen change sensitivity. Still, not bad and great look.

the biggest challenge in our household seems to be the AV tech. which remotes to what, etc. this remote allows almost infinite programming combinations, and reduces the choices for the user to "watch TV" or something else in an easy format. No more calls to Dad saying, " how to I watch Netflix?" anymore!!!!

Great remote that is easy to set up and really easy to use.

This remote was recommended by Best Buy when we hired them to set up our media room. I would say it hasn't worked the best. Part of the problem is probably when it was set up we had no training so now it doesn't connect with some of the media room components so we basically have to use the remote that came with the product or get up and push the needed button. I think we paid $350 for this remote which was crazy but my husband had to have it and now he just complains about it.
