    The online pick up for this keyboard was simple and painless until I opened the keyboard later that week, and noticed there was no USB connector for the keyboard. Logitech's solution is to go and buy a $10 dongle on top of the price of the keyboard, hence the poor rating. Poor customer service response.

    This was the only keyboard in stock that LG listed as compatible with my new TV. I got it after returning another keyboard (K600) that I discovered was not compatible. The K600 had a much better smooth feel.
