It has poor keying that it highly sensitive to the lightest brush of a finger passing by. It adds extra letters all the time everywhere. I don't like it at all. I think the wireless is affected by any outside interference too. I'm looking for a new wired one now. The mouse that came with it is no bargain either.

I have attached a link to the “Getting Started” support page for your K400. Here you will find product guides, software downloads and further support. I recommend downloading the “Options” software for customization if you have not already done so. I apologize for the issues that you have experienced. The “Options” software adjustments may offer adjustments that would better suit your preferences. I also recommend running the “Firmware Update Tool” to ensure your USB receiver has the latest updates. If you are still experiencing issues, please use the “Unifying” software to reestablish the connection between the USB receiver and K400 Keyboard with touchpad.
