Not exactly what I was looking for

Unfortunately it only works with TV software - not others apps. that most people use - ie; Hulu, YouTube etc... So if your looking for something to use beyond your TV software - this is not it.

Way to difficult to use in the situation I planned on. The mouse tracking was poor at best. It's ok but I would rather use a mouse on my leg than try to use this.

Does the job not impressed

Crap Keyboard - USB A dongle mist be used

I think Bestbuy and Logitech need to do better. This garbage keyboard needs to be used with a dongle and the dongle is USB A. So my intended use of this will not work, the Google Pixel tablet only has 1 USB C port for charging.

Use K400 on LG TV

It didn't work on YouTube either. only the cursor moves. Not exactly what I expected.

Doesn't compare to my apple keyboard!

It rattles when I type fast and just seems like a plastic imitation. Also lost Bluetooth connection with my Mac and now won't reconnect. Returning this keyboard!!

Average wireless keyboard

The keys may just be too small for my tastes. If there is anything between the keyboard and receiver, it doesn't work at all.

Quit working in less than a year.

Yesterday I pulled it out and it is not working. The batteries are okay. I think it is an issue of the USB connector. It would not work on the laptop nor on the desktop computer. It has a 1-year warranty and I am hoping the manufacturer will help me.

doesn't work of TV's apps

Nice Wireless Keyboard

I was able to control the computer like a wired keyboard. I was able to web browse, open applications, work on Microsoft Office Applications and It works great. The keyboard is smaller than your standard keyboard. This K400 Plus device has a built-in Touchpad. I don't have to worry about losing the mouse. There is an on/off switch so when the keyboard is not in use, it would not deplete the battery. This is a great small keyboard with built-in Touchpad for occasional use. It is not meant to replace your main computer keyboard. I was able to use the keyboard more than 15 feet away without any issues. I would sit on my sofa and hit youtube. Highly recommended keyboard for Media Center Use.

Did Not Perform As Stated
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this Logitech - K400 Plus Wireless Keyboard to use on my Samsung Smart 4K TV and an Amazon Fire TV so I would not have to use the "typing grid" that comes up when you search for an item. The customer reviews and the Best Buy Tech I spoke to on line said it would work. IT DOES NOT! The only part that works is the left, right, up down arrows which is exactly what you have with out the keyboard. Best Buy was very good about taking it back and I will keep looking for something that will work. This keyboard could be very good for a PC or tablet but I could not recommend to anyone trying to use it on a Samsung Smart TV or an Amazon Fire TV.
