Just after the two week return period, the o button popped off. Connectivity wise, it was easy to use.

Quality is very bad, returned almost immediately. The trackpad is not like a laptop, you have to click the button on the bottom. It's not fast, smooth, nor comfortable. The keyboard keys have very bad quality plastic feel. Instant reaction, "this thing sucks". I replaced my purchase with a Logitech K380 Bluetooth keyboard $(29), much better and a Logitech M330 wireless mouse ($12). I am surprised Logitech produced such bad quality product. This product should be like $8 bucks at best.

Hi Tenzin, thank you for sharing your experience with the K400 Plus keyboard. I'm sorry that the trackpad is not like a laptop with click function on the pad itself. I'm sorry that the keys didn't feel good either. I'm happy that you were able to find a suitable replacement with the K380 and K330 for your set up! Thank you for being a Logitech customer. This keyboard was purchased to run my laptop on a 65" monitor with the mouse pad attached. But the keys are so small that the typing is nearly impossible and creates a lot of errors.

A lot of great reviews made me get this keyboard and I just thought it was barely okay. The keyboard feels cheap in your hands and the keys don't feel nearly as good as Logitech's other products. Returned it for that reason.

If you would like a keyboard that does not use a USB port, please try one of our Bluetooth keyboards. I hope this helps. Didn't work very well with my Sharp Aquos Smat tv. Kept freezing, so I decided to return it. Too bad because it was a sturdy compact keyboard. Probably best with a computer.

Whoever the developers are at Logitech must seriously be laughing their heads off that people are buying these things. I think I got it to work once for a few minutes. There's a huge compatibility issue with smart TVs for one (which is what they claim it is best suited for). Take my Samsung for instance: it might control some Samsung interfaces, but when you try and use it within any of the apps (spotify, netflix, etc.) it becomes immediately incompatible. I was so hoping this work work but it's really a joke. Best Buy, please discontinue selling this product.

Just a terrible device with mushy keys and a terrible trackpad which does have precision drivers but it doesn't always activate. You get what you pay for especially in this instance. I use it for my TV and I just switched back over to one of the corsair mechanical keyboards due to this poor design. I imagine the Logitech Craft keyboard is a better wireless option but it doesn't come with a trackpad/mouse and the Razer Turret (however it's spelled) is too expensive.

This does have a small desktop footprint, but I did not notice the lack of a number key pad when I bought it. My current keyboard had a couple of sticky keys so it was an impulse buy because of price.
