Not sure how it works

Of course with the whole Covid19 returning it was not an option and now I look on my best buy app and I cant return it or exchange it. Therefore I have a keyboard I cant use.

It may be worth your while calling Best Buy ASAP since they do have a 14-day return policy. If that doesn't work, then you can go straight to Logitech's support website and we'll be sure to take care of things for you there.
