Did not work on my tv

Will not accept a keyboard and has no way to accept headphones .I found this out after I bought it from Samsung.

Don't waste your time.

It did not connect to the newer "smart" tv, via USB and does not have Bluetooth capability. Support claimed it's not meant for the newer tv models.

Posted .Hello skipper, Very sorry to hear that the K400 Plus stopped working after just a couple months and after Best Buy's warranty. Fortunately, this keyboard does come with a 1 year limited hardware manufacturer's warranty. Posted .Hello SunshineAllDay, Very sorry that the K400 Plus Wireless Keyboard didn't work out for you. The K400 uses a USB receiver to connect with a Windows 7, 8, 10 or later; Android 7 or later; and Chrome OS. For a tablet, I would suggest using the K380 which connects via Bluetooth. Keyboard Stopped Working

I am sorry that you have experienced connectivity issues with you K400 Plus Wireless Keyboard, I would like to help. The K400 keyboard uses a Unifying USB receiver for wireless connectivity. I recommend downloading the Logitech “Options” software for customization. The “Firmware Update Tool” will ensure your USB receiver has the latest updates, and you can use the “Unifying“ software to reestablish the connection if you are still experiencing connectivity issues. I have attached a link to the “Getting Started” support page for the K400, where you can find product guides, software downloads and further assistance. I hope these suggestions are helpful, and that you will enjoy your K400 Plus Wireless Keyboard.
