It is badly designed, you have to use the FN button with the F8 button to make it work, it's awful that this is so. And many times if you don't hit those keys just right, a command window pops up that has nothing to do with the F8 key. This is the single worst thing about this keyboard, it's outrageous they would lay it out like this. In addition, all the keys are a little too small and hitting the wrong button is too easy. All this wastes many hours of your time if it's your main work keyboard. Productivity is the reason computing exists, this works against that.

When entered into the search for bluetooth, this keyboard popped up. Disappointed, now I have to return it. Should have read deeper but trusted the best buy search engine instead. leason learned.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Please be aware that wireless devices that are using their own proprietary connection instead of bluetooth are doing so to save a tiny bit of money off the price of needing the hardware to do the real encryption that Bluetooth does. Obviously there are also potential compatibility issues with using a proprietary device, but the bigger issue is security. Maybe you're comfortable allowing your keystrokes (potentially including passwords, private information, and bank account numbers) to be read by anyone-I am not. Pay more. Get real Bluetooth if you want a wireless keyboard.

You have to try to download their set point preferences or none of the upper case special symbols are available. Tried 20 times to download the update but the download buttons on the support site were all invalid. So, I took this P.O.S. back to Best Buy and got my money back. Will try a much better brand next time. This one is pure junk! I do not recommend it.

In mid text stop writing or starts again on start of text.. very bad and not worth even dollar. Return back to store. For this simple short text I had to use traditional wired Keyboard from Rosewill comp.
