Simply the best low-profile, butterfly notebook style keys, full-sized illuminated. keyboard! And the light comesfrom the letter through the key, with little to no light cimng around and under the keys, which i like a lot. Software allows me to disable caps lock key also, +1!

Great keyboard. Bought an earlier model years ago at Best Buy and loved it. Glad to see Logitech still makes a similar model. I got a lot of mileage out of the earlier one and look forward to using this one for years also. Love the adjustable keyboard lighting, quality, and price.

Very smooth action and really nice looking. Extremely quiet and instantly plug and play with Windows 10. Best aspect is the soft-touch keys - so comfortable to use! My only minor compliant is the length of the wrist rest. It is not removable and may cause issues you have limited desk space or a smaller keyboard drawer. Definitely check dimensions before ordering. All-in-all, it's a little pricey but if you want a nice looking, backlit keyboard that takes up a tad more real estate, it might be the one for you.

I have both this wired k740 keyboard and it's wireless counterpart k800. The k740 has the best key feel when using plus no batteries to charge. The wireless k800 is a close second for feel. No complaints both are really good.

Really happy with this purchase. I was looking for a lighted keyboard but without batteries. It's thin and easy to press on keys. It also has the numerical key pad as well as function keys to make fast look up.

I bought this keyboard as a replacement for my work computer. It works well, with nice feel at the keys. The backlight under the keys helps in the low light location of my home office, without the cheezey color change business of some more gaming oriented keyboards success, would buy again.

Excellent keyboard. The lit keys are fantastic! A key in the upper right corner controls the brightness. Toggles between high, medium, low, and off. It's that simple. Keys are amazingly responsive. Liked it so much I got a second one for a friend.

Soft keys are backlit & adjustable. Check the different models if you prefer wireless (batteries needed) or corded as they have different shortcut keys.

I love the responsive feel of this keyboard. The size, spacing, number pad all together make this an awesome keyboard. It is durable, but not bulletproof as was proven when the cleaning staff at work dropped an item and the T key came off. Gluing it back in was not an option (tried) so I was forced to buy this a second time. I preferred the wired version vs wireless so I could have this hard wired to my dock vs using multiple bluetooth devices (mouse, keyboard, headset, etc.) and potentially having some lag in response.

This is my second Logitech lighted keyboard and love it. It is lit up all day and night but not too bright. It’s great if you work on your computer at night since don’t need to turn on a light to see the keyboard. Plus I like the raised keys instead of flat ones makes it easier to type.

I purchased this illuminated keyboard as my keyboard area is dark and required an overhead light to be turned on when using my desktop. The keyboard is comfortable to use and quiet when typing. I purchased one for a relative and they liked it so well I purchased another one for myself.

My boyfriend had his old one broken and wanted the exact same model, that's how much he loved it. It's a great quiet keyboard with almost no sound when typing and illuminated keys that are great for late-night gaming. I'm personally a mechanical keyboard person, but I wouldn't mind this keyboard either.

Keyboard is Logitech brand. My third keyboard with this name. item purchased for friend who swore she would never touch a computer. Ease of key(s) contact for new person just beginning to learn how to make contact. Not complicated at all. Great product line at a great price.

Bought this keyboard as an upgrade for work and lovin' it. My boss actually commented on how quiet it was. Very comfortable for someone like myself who tends to type with my palms down.

Types well with good key action. Backlighting is nice when working in a dim room. Wrist rest is placed well.

I have brought Logitech K740 for two things this keyboard offered: illuminated keys and key travel,so is a nice touch. In my original Lenovo keyboard you have to touch keys hard and some time if you touch keys softer I notice of a missing letters. Very nice design.

I'm really happy with this purchase. It's an illuminated keyboard meaning I can use it anytime day or night. The tactile feel of the keys is just right for my taste, too. I couldn't believe it cost me less than a hundred bucks. Hopefully, it will last for years.

Keyboard has very responsive keys and I like the thin profile. The backlit keys was the main reason I bought this one.

This Logitech K740 fits most of the requirements preferred in a keyboard. It's not wireless, but this wired keyboard has a decent length cord so corded is not an issue in this case. Since it's back lit, which tends to demand more power, no battery worries. It's flat to the table. It has tabs that flip out making it incline if that is of preference. It has three light settings (low, med, bright). The keys are smooth and press easily unlike some keyboards that seem harder to press. Logitech has been a chosen brand for many years now. A wireless mouse is still used. Some mice in the product line still have replaceable batteries. Usually requiring only one AA or AAA with a 2 year life. The reason for the move back to a wired keyboard is most Logitech keyboards use rechargeable and many cases non-replaceable batteries which I despise. If the batteries fail, you throw the keyboard away. Would rather have the ability to replace the batteries. Got that Logitech? There is still a market for that. Over all this keyboard is a great choice.
