My thumb can’t reach both buttons and you can program the buttons to work differently on some applications. I haven’t noticed any wrist discomfort or pain.

Mouse was too small for my pretty average size hand. Moving vertically is horrible with this shape of mouse. I didn't notice that until I tried it at home. Left and right click buttons are very quiet and nice feeling. Almost too hard to feel a click but I actually like that.
