    I haven’t been able to use mouse because the usb receiver was missing. I haven’t been able to call and let you know. Luckily the new hp laptop I purchased from you can be used without mouse but I prefer using mouse. I also needed to make sure my purchases were covered under my existing geek squad protection that I’ve had for years and years and haven’t used in years

      Hello, our M170 comes with the USB receiver inside the mouse underneath the battery door. We usually store it there if it is not in the packaging. we hope this resolves your USB issue.

    not the best mouse. does not track well all the time . Even tried different surfaces

    Very cheap quality mouse. The scroll wheel is so hard to move. Would recommend buying Logitech instead.

    you gotta be within like 2 feet of the receiver. replaced this with a magic mouse 2

    Broke right outside of the return window. It worked fine at first though it was very flimsy.

    2020 purchase of a mouse is still delayed, yet I can't cancel because Best Buy says if its shipped no cancellation. Ordered 7/2020. It's must be in Space.

    I bought this online and couldn't get it to do anything, a complete failure. I took it to a store and exchanged it, but couldn't ge the new one to work. I took it back to the store and after the employee took it in the back and came back out, the arrow would appear onscreen and move around, so I took it home, only to find out the left clicker didn't work. I trashed it and bought a different brand on ebay which works fine.

    This is crap. I brought 2 of the and both of the click wheels stopped working after a year, which I don't believe it's coincidence.
