The fit is perfect for my sons smaller hand, and it fits the shape of my hand perfect. It came with a battery installed so it was ready to go out of package, after the usb piece was inserted into computer. It glides smoothly and we didn’t notice a lag at any point of use. We don’t have a mouse pad and it handled the surface just fine. It auto shuts off when not in use so it helps save the battery life, which already boasts an 18 month life span with average use. If you’re in need of a quality mouse that will grow with your child, this fits the bill. It works for their smaller hands comfortably as well.

Should have done addtl research as the dongle only supports usb and not the usb-c port on a MacBook. For the price not worthwhile to return to Best Buy but will use for a PC

Some seem to work hard and try; others are just standing around. The process isn't obvious for pick up and it's even more cumbersome for return.

It was very hard to control 'out of the box' and it failed within the first 2 weeks. Given Covid-19 restrictions it is not worth the bother to return. I certainly would not want a replacement. Logitech, a piece of junk like this drives customers away from your better efforts. Any number of glowing reviews on your more expensive products are 'tainted' by experiences like the one I just had with this mouse.
