The mouse I had before this one was also a Logitech-M510. It lasted me a long time so that's why I bought another one.

It does what I expect a cordless mouse to do. I like that it can be turned off to save the batteries, but several times I have forgotten to turn it back on (minor problem). It works for both hands - left or right.

I use this for traveling with my work laptop. It has worked on any surface and has a nice compartment for the USB. I would recommend.
