It has standard right and left buttons, a clickable scroll wheel, and forward-backward thumb buttons,nothing else.This is a very well made mouse and very comfortable to hold. Silky smooth, precise, fast, comfortable,any easy to install. Just insert the USB transmitter, pull the protective film on the included Duracell batteries.Works on any surface perfectly.

Found this on sale and thought I'd give it try. Works amazing and the fit is really good. It has extra buttons on the side that will take you back to the previous page if you are surfing the net. I believe you can change what the buttons do but I havent had the need or the time to research this. Great product!!

A suggestion would be to make the instructions simpler regarding the location of the dongle. The print on the little instruction flier needs to be larger. Recently purchased it and will see how it works.
