I was tired of wires. Bought this and wish I had done this years ago works great battery lasts for ever. I use it every day for several hours a day. and have only replaced the batteries once in 1 year 2 months.

I purchased this mouse because my previous mouse failed to work even after I put a new battery in it. This Logitech mouse guarantees that it will require change of two cells after two years, which is much better than the previous one.

so far so good. haven't used the extra buttons yet. not sure if need to, but will try to ck them out. on sale 1/2 price. old simpler logitech mouse died after many years. thought about getting other mouse, cheaper, but.. since around same price. why not get the "better" mouse? feels a bit heavier? on the movement on mouse pad, buttons? got a solid feel. but no problem w/laser. trust it will last decade(?) like prior mouse.

I have owned one of these for several years and have had no problems at all. I just bought two more on sale. What I like about them is that they are 5" long, so they fit my big hands; they're very comfortable for all-day use.

Works great and never had an issue. Still running great years later. Would buy again anytime.

Great to not have any wires to use a mouse as I hate the touch pads on a laptop. This device is still working and is now on it's second laptop and on the same battery. Wakes up easily with minimal delay.

This is the 2nd Logitech M510, Wireless Mouse that I have purchased, and is for a new desk top PC. It grip is ergonomically form fitting for most adult hands. It offers 2 side buttons, a center wheel (which tilts left and right) and the 2 standard button on the front. With the downloaded software, the buttons become programmable to your viewing needs. Which is nice when working online, all day. The mouse runs off of 2 AA Batteries which typically last about 1 year. They also come in a variety of colors, so I can easily tell which mouse goes with which computer. It is simple to program and operate. The USB receiver will take up 1 USB slot in your PC. The mouse will respond up to 10 +/- away. The price is affordable, and they are often on sale at Best Buy!. I do recommend this mouse!

This is a pretty basic wireless mouse and I love it! Does everything great, feels nice in the palm, using it is a breeze, and I love the scroll wheel! Gets the job done, would recommend.

Just what i was looking for in a wireless mouse. I use this with my laptop at work always moving around and don't want to use the track pad. I like it because its not super small like some wireless mice. It is super comfortable.

Part of an Xmas gift. Inexpensive enough to package with a monitor and keyboard, and it is a treat that it is wireless. Comfortable to hold, and mouse response time is immediate. Very happy with our choice.

My wife just loves the form of the mouse in her hand. 1st one the mouse cracked when dropped to the floor, 2nd one the wifi transmitter broke off when protector got loose, but still wanted this model again.

I've used Logitech mice since the late 80's when I got one for use with my IBM PS/2 Model 30 286. Amazingly they have always been inexpensive AND high quality. As a professional in the IT profession, a good mouse is important to being productive and second only to the keyboard as the primary tools of the trade. Logitech never fails to perform, and is always keeping their designs fresh and useful. This specific mouse is one in the line of their well established wireless mice using the Logitech unifying receiver. This receiver permits you to add a Logitech wireless keyboard or a second mouse if necessary. The mouse itself is well balanced and everyone in our family uses it and likes its comfort (me and my large hands down to my small fourth-grade daughter with very petite hands).

This moderately priced wireless mouse is great buy for the price. I have purchased 2 of these mice for the 2 laptops I own and they have not let me down yet. It fits my hand perfectly and has pretty good battery life. I would not hesitate to buy this mouse again.

I used other wireless mice which too many batteries and then stopped working. This mouse is also very comfortable

Good size for long fingers! Wireless makes it easy to take from desk top to lap top.

The M510 is a legendary mouse akin to the 2012-era Razer Deathadder mice. First released in 2010, the M510 was a great general purpose mouse for the average user. I have two M510s: One I purchased in 2014 for when I went to college. The second was handed down to me from a co-worker. Both still have their original Duracell batteries which, wait for it, expire in about 2 months (March 2021 is the date on the batteries) and are STILL AT ~50% CHARGE! Most rechargeable batteries won't last that long. Naturally, when my mother asked for a mouse for Christmas, I got her an M510. To my surprise, the trusty 510 comes in 3 colors now, instead of just the gray! The red color is a great choice, it stands out when you need to find it (in a bag, in the dark, etc.) but isn't a bright pastel like the blue color. The moral of the story is, if you want an extremely reliable wireless mouse with that coveted Logitech Unifying Receiver, get this one. With a little luck, your batteries will last until their expiration (or in my case, well past it!). Never had any issues with mine, the Unifying Receiver works with any OS (Windows, Mac, *nix) but to configure it (pair/unpair other Logitech accessories) I think you'll need Windows (maybe Mac? I dunno.) Anyways, if you're reading this: get this mouse. You won't regret it.

This mouse works perfectly. I unwrapped it, plugged in the USB receiver, and turned it on (batteries were included) and it has worked ever since. I play a variety of games and it has not let me down up to this point. The tracking is precise and the signal has not been dropped. The mouse sleeps to save battery but the slightest movement starts it right back up and it has not gone to sleep while I've been using it. There aren't many buttons on the mouse and I'd never remember to use them anyway so I don't mind but some might.

I've owned this mouse for several months. It's held up well. The battery life is excellent. It's a little large, but fits well in my hand. My only gripe is that the buttons one the side, while very convenient, are prone to unintentional clicks when I pick up the mouse. The default settings for the side buttons map to the forward and back buttons in the browser. This has caused me a little frustration when filling out some forms online because I'll finish typing out something long (like this review), then accidentally bump the side button on the mouse which hits the browser's back button - wiping out several minutes worth of typing. You can change this setting, though, so it's not a big deal. I'd buy this again.
