Works on anu surface as it does not need a pad. The battery last a long time. A nice touch - very convenient to hold.

Everyone of them has been so simple to install and easy to use. It fits comfortably in the palm of the hand and the batteries last a long time.

Much better than Bluetooth or wi-fi device

Both the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi mouse seemed to have Alzheimers as they both would suddenly forget they were supposed to work with the computer or that there even was a computer right next to them. Save the frustration and money. Stay away from Bluetooth and Wi-Fi mice.
