I bought this mouse to replace my older LX7, which I dearly loved. The LX7's that are available as new old stock are super expensive in todays market. So I decided to try the newer M510. Not knowing how it would feel compared to my LX7, I purchased the M510, and to my surprise, it fit almost exactly like my old LX7. Though the buttons are in a different location, the work the same. So, I'm a happy camper!

I bought this unit as a replacement and it performs well for Minecraft gaming. Still on original battery. No problems to report.

great mouse. I had this same one for about 5 years when one of the switches failed. I liked it good enough rather than taking a chance on a different model, I replaced it with the same model. I like that it has 5 'extra' buttons that can be programmed to do just about anything you like. I have mine set for scroll left > volume down, scroll right > volume up, scroll down > mute, front button > back (good for web surfing) and rear button > forward (also useful for surfing, but not used as often). I would rate it excellent, but a switch did fail on the old one. But it was 5 years old and had a lot of hard work.
