This mouse is doing what I wanted in a wireless mouse for my desktop. It also is full size.

The setup was easy. You do need to install an app on the computer if you want to reprogram the functions of the side buttons and middle mouse button but very easy and user friendly setup. Light weight and has on/off switch on bottom for better battery life.

I have these in all of my family's computers. It has a unifying receiver for compatible keyboards so that only one usb port is required. It has two programmable buttons on the side for thumb action and a scroll wheel. It is simple mice for simple uses. It is not a gaming mouse.

At first glance I didn't think that this would work for me but after I got it set up, I was off and running. Smooth motion and right at you fingertips, backwards and forward buttons.

I have always been pleased with any Logitech products I now own three M 510 mice. I found I was needing another mouse so I purchase this model again.. Fits my hand well, works great, does everything it is suppose to. Pairs easily with other Logitech products I have.

Can't go wrong with Logitech. The products last and work well. This mouse fits the hand well and I love the back button! Dongle storage in the battery compartment means safe when transporting. Fresh batteries, plug the dongle in and I'm ready to go!

Got the mouse package, opened it, read the instruction, put the batteries in the mouse, plugged in the USB connector to a USB port on the back of the computer, The computer immediately recognized the mouse and I was in business! total time to install about 4 minutes!

Nice feel and works very well. It is wireless, so great for general use, but not so good for fast gameplay.

Bought these for our computers at work due to the trackpad wasn’t going to make the cut since we have to do so much drawing with our new programs. Work great and the usb is small enough not to notice

So far it works ok. I've only had it 3 days. If anything, it seems a little touchy. The scroll wheel just flies up and down the page. I have to use a lighter touch. I don't know if that's a "problem" with this mouse or my old mouse had made me use a harder hand. I've only used the side buttons that let you jump forward or backward to web pages a couple of times. I haven't gotten used to that yet.

Logitech - M510 is the perfect size mouse for my hand to prevent cramps as well as all the extra features the mouse has to offer. I can use the mouse all day without my hand going numb. Mouse responds without doubt to every command.

I have only had the mouse for about a month but it seems to be a solid product for the money. I have been buying MX series mice but they seem to fail me at months 13-14. The buttons stop working properly. Hopefully I will get a better result with this unit.

You cannot go to fast with the scan wheel but in general for the price, it's a very nice wireless mouse.

I have liked using this mouse. It feels good in my palm which gets irritated when I am on the computer too long.

Okay mouse, not super comfortable and scroll wheel is wonky. 3/5 beans.

I use it every weekday for work. Allowed me to simply transition from traditional wired mouse to wireless. A plus was that it is in a sweet blue color. It is both stylish and useful.

This is MY mouse that no one else touches. I always buy Logitech because their products have always been very good and last a long time. They are of a good quality that I appreciate.

The Logitech M510 wireless mouse fits my hand (glove size large) perfectly. No cramped fingers for me. The wireless unifying receiver that came with it worked perfectly with my Logitech wireless key board right out of the box. No complicated setup was required.
