Different feeling than a regular mouse

I tried this mouse as I heard great reviews, but it just isn’t for me. It is very hard to control the sphere with your thumb (and I’m a gamer). After some time the sphere gets stuck with the regular use so you might have to clean it often. If you’re not sure about this model/shape, I would recommend to get a model which you’re comfortable with previously.

Good mouse if you have carpal tunnel

I have been getting pains in my right hand and found out it is due to carpal tunnel. My doctor suggested a steroid injection while a co-worker suggested getting this special mouse. I have been using this mouse for a few weeks and even though it takes some time to get used to it, I now have less pain in my right hand. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who uses a computer for work.

It has a learning curve so give it a chance.... after a week I hate using a regular mouse. It is accurate and smooth.

I’ve always preferred a track all over a mouse both for work and gaming. Logitech’s version has all of the features I need at the right price. They are well made and durable. I bought this one to keep at work. I’ve been using the one I have at home for 4 years with no issues.

I bought this hoping to reduce some stress on my wrist. It does not seem to really reduce the stress but it does change it a bit so that I can alternate between this and a conventional mouse and get a little help. Oh! ...and the unifying receiver makes switching as easy as picking up the other pointer.

This is my 2nd one. I liked the 1st one so much that I went looking for an exact replacement. I paid $52.00 for the 1st one and only $27.00 for this new one. The only thing was that movement of the ball in the new unit felt rough. I put the old ball in the new unit... and movement felt much smoother.

Two years later and it still works. I basically used this all day in college in 2020 and now working a desk job so it's not like I just had it in a closet.

It takes a little getting used to, but I find it to be more accurate than a regular mouse and far less tiring on your hands and wrist when you're using a mouse all day. My kids already dropped it and it didn't even get a scratch, so its well made!

I've been using teackballs for ever. This wireless has a dongle that plugs into a USB port and works great there's even a storage space in the trackball battery compartment to store the dongle Once you get use to a trackball you'll never use a mouse again

I have wrist issues and a standard mouse irritates it, and it is even worse using the touch pad on my laptop. I always use a trackball, and this one is great for the low price. I only use it for office work, not gaming, and it works great. The only downside is the inner workings of the socket feel pretty grainy pretty quickly, so it requires a lot of cleaning.

I bought this since I use the mouse a lot for work. However it’s so hard to maneuver the track ball & I ended up with pain in my thumb joints. I didn’t give up, thinking I’ll get used to it after a few days. Tried it relentlessly for over 3 weeks. But gave up when the pain in my thumb got worse. Switched to my regular mouse. No issues now.

If you work all day on computers then eventually you're going to get some form of RSI. This is a good solution to switch it up a bit and give your hand different movements to contend with compared to a mouse. Takes a little time to get used to a thumb controlled ball, but it becomes 2nd nature pretty quickly. Not quite as accurate as a mouse, but ok for office work. I wouldn't game with it however.
