This is a great mouse. Drivers install quickly, it's ready to use moments after plugging in the USB transmitter. I've never experienced any trouble with it. Batteries last a long time. Would definitely buy it again and recommend it to family and friends.

I like the thumb-driven trackball. The scroll wheel seems a little tacky.

This was a gift to myself since I like to multi task and I move rather quick. I hate having to move my mouse all over the mouse pad, and it allows me to have more room on my desk. I get to keep my mouse in one location, and I can go as quickly as I want.

For me, the trackball is better than a mouse. This is definitely true with games. Using three monitors I don't have to pick up the mouse to reset it on the mouse pad. The trackball remains in one position as the cursor moves across all three screens.

I had my doubts about the trackball being thumb-operated. I've used the wired version of the trackball for about 20 years, so my fingers are adept at using it. I was wary of the thumb location on the wireless version, and it turns out I was right. The thumb just does not have the micro-control as the index finger does. I tried, I really tried, but it's just too awkward. Ended up being a standard wireless Logitech mouse.

I bought this as I get tendonitis very easily using a computer all day. This really helps eliminate it!

I keep buying this item! I have a work laptop and desktop, I have one for each. I even have one I travel with and one that is used for my docking station at home. It's a great thing if you have carpal tunnel or need to do any precision work such as Photoshop or drafting.

After purchasing a new lap top, I needed a new mouse or track ball. This is very similar to the trackball that I purchased back in 2002 for my desktop so it was a natural pick. Very comfy and I get no hand fatigue. Well worth looking at if you are in the market for a trackball.

Pricing was the appeal and also the small surface area for my old wireless mouse. I used a trackball years ago and decided that this might be worth returning to. After years of mouse use, this takes some time to get totally comfortable. Does the simple functions you desire with little embellishment. That was the expectation and those expectations are met with the M570.

We wander with our machines (laptop) and we don't like the touchpads. They are abused and neglected and still do their job. When one finally gives in after being dropped for the thousandth time we go and buy another one.

I used the my old Logitech Trackball so much that I needed a new one....after 5 years! I don't have much space on my desk so the trackball is great. Battery life is very long. Only downside is you have to pop the ball out and clean the ball bearings once every 2-3 weeks (u know it needs cleaning when it doesn't roll smoothly). I hope this one lasts me for another 5 years. My wife and I use this mouse.

Hubby had his in his hand and it came to pieces, the ball rolled across the floor. Mine works fine, no glue or rubber bands required.

There's no tension in the trackball. It rolls about way too freely. So much so it can be darn near impossible to get the cursor to line up where you want it. It is so sensitive, when you are dragging to highlight a word or sentence to copy or delete, the highlighted area moves back a letter or two when you make the motion to right-click.

As someone who uses the computer to create construction drawings my wrist hurt a lot because of all the movement with a normal mouse. I got this in hoping i would not have that pain anymore. After using it for a week my wrist felt better but my fingers were in pain. It also toke a while to get use to. With that said i stopped using it.

trackball thumb mouse....what more can I say. It took me about a week and a half to get used to this thing. Now no one wants to use my workstation cuz they cant use my mouse....its amaze balls

I originally got a trackball over 6 years ago. Now, if I buy a new computer, I buy a trackball with it. I even took one to work. If I get stuck using the old style mouse I go insane. This is a must have for me. Once you get used to it you will never go back to a traditional mouse.

It did exactly what it was suppose to do. No more wires great.

I excellent for the price and features. My son loves this design.
