Bought to use with a laptop, works nicely and does what I wanted.

This mouse is great. I had a lot of pain in my wrist from moving the mouse around. I saw this at a friend's house and thought it would be nice. I was wrong, it's GREAT. I haven't had anymore pain and I use this 6-8 hours a day. Best purchase EVER.

I purchased this item when my Logitech MX Master mouse stopped connecting it's USB dongle. I like how it feels in my hand and the trackball rolls very smoothly. I used it daily without any hand fatigue. I highly recommend this device!

Recently had surgery on my shoulder and needed something to use instead of the touch-pad on my computer. I can hold this in my hand comfortably and navigate my computer. Fits in my hand nicely and have had zero issues with range of the bluetooth.

Love this device have gotten several over the years for each of my computers and for gifts for other people. The unity setup allows several logitech devices on one computer ie. Keyboard, mice, trackball, others.

I have used a Logitech Trackball since 1999 and it's the best way I have found to avoid running out of mouse pad space. It just sits in one place use your thumb to move pointer precisely and quickly. Great range on the wireless model.

This is my 3rd M570. This is a replacement for the one that I use at work. The left button started bouncing twice with each click. I was disappointed that I've had it less than 2 years but I do use it a lot. My other one is works with no issues.

I already owned this device. My college-age son came home and "borrowed" it. Needless to say, I needed another one. I love not needing much space to navigate (move the mouse) the screen, which is great when your laptop is actually in your lap.

Easy set up and a solid product. Would recommend trying to purchase while on sale.

I love my Apple Trackpad, but I've started having wrist/hand pain. By using the trackpad instead, my wrist stays imobile, and the pain has almost completely gone away after only a few days.

The mechanical features of this mouse are typical of Logitech, smooth motion, firm buttons, solid manufacturing. The electrical side is lacking, range is about 5 feet for clear communication. Operates up to ~8 feet but it is flaky. For a desktop application, it is great, if you want to be lazy and run your computer from bed, consider a USB extension cable.

Great present for parents... They love the rolly ball!

Works great, comfortable. Second one I have bought, the first last about 4 years before tracking failed. Hopefully this will last as long if not longer !

I have purchased 4 of these now. They all work great! Everyone in my household has one. Great when wanting to use a mouse in confined space, no moving the mouse. Very comfortable for me to use all day with my bad hands too.

I purchased this Logitech M579 Trackball to use with my laptop. I like the feel of the trackball controls and the fact that I do not have to move a mouse around in order to move the cursor on the laptop monitor.

Was able to use with some mastery right away. Works on any surface.

I have been using these trackballs for several years. I have wore a few of them out and had to replace them. I always keep a extra one on hand because I hate the touch pad on laptops.

I prefer a Tracball mouse but my old wireless had to be really close to the receiver. This new mouse I can move quite a ways away and it still works well. I would have given it 5 stars but it is a little smaller in my hand and was a bit glitchy the first day or so. After a few weeks of use, no problems and Im happy with it.
