Great when it works

The design is really nice for ergo wrist comfort- which is exactly what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, it doesn’t always respond when you click or roll the ball and quickly becomes frustrating. I will be returning this item after just a few hours use. Disappointing.

Posted .Hi. Sorry to see you're unsatisfied with your M570. You do have a 3 year limited warranty that comes with purchase that can be used to get a replacement sent to you.
