Awesome Mouse. Horrible customer support

The features are simple, but the trackball makes everything so EFFICIENT! I give it 5 stars for the product, but the overall interaction drops the average. - Getting a replacement through warranty consisted of repeating myself in emails for over a month. We'll see how long receiving the shipment takes. - Need to update Logitech software for Mac Sierra, but it still doesn't work the same.

OK Wireless Mouse

I really liked the construction of my older mouse since it had a bigger ball that was controlled with fingers instead of just the thumb but apparently that style is no longer made. This mouse works fairly well but is difficult to use accurately using one the thumb. This will work until I find something else.
