I bought this in Jan this year, and all of a sudden today it died. I changed battery, didn't work. I even installed Logitech unifying software, no use. I didn't need any software for it to work before anyway but just to make it work out of frustration, I installed it. It doesn't detect my mouse at all following all direction. I tried it on my desktop and laptop, no response. It worked on those machines just until this morning. I'm able to turn the power on and off, I can see green light but there is no cursor movement. I had high expectation on this device, but it died for no reason. My 3 year old PLA no name brand mouse still working but this supposedly named brand mouse died in 8 months. What a let down! I will never buy logitech product anymore.

Didn’t really help with the wrist support needed due to carpal tunnel so it was returned

I requested a trackball and was able to place the order easy enough. Because this purchase was for my job and I used a company credit card I need to have a receipt. I was not able to find it on your website. When I went to your chatroom I was informed you were to busy to help me.

I have a mouse with track ball in center that you can move with your palm and avoid carpal tunnel. But here they put ball in your thumb. First using just thumb will create carpal tunnel problem and second its hard to get used to this. Even if you will get used to this, it will create problem in using other mouses.

Buttons no good dont buy. no good. I would not buyn again.

My husband loves this mouse. I however find it hard to use and very clunky.

We have used a Logitech trackball mouse for years. We bought this because it was wireless. However, we found that operating the trackball with our right thumb (as compared to the index figure in our older product) was very awkward and inexact and we stopped using it.

I first started with a trackball 25+ years ago so no steep learning curve. The reason I bought this was my Mac mini mouse has become too small for my aging hands and I was getting severe cramping. This new trackball caused even more pain and was thus unusable. I've been carrying it around in the back seat since hoping for return. I'm assuming it's too late now.

not easy to use for some one with smaller hands good for a man

Its really awkward to use but you get used to it. The ball of the mouse got jammed and stopped working a few months into buying an expensive mouse. I tried to contact about it and no resolution. Never gave bad review but I would refrain

Had one of these before, it wore out really fast it could also use sensitivity buttons.

Takes a while to get used to how to use it but it’s a good mouse.

I am using to using a typical tracking mouse of trackpad, and figured I'd give the trackball mouse a try but I wish I could return it. The mouse does what it is designed to do, but for those that require an adapter (I am a Mac user) it is hard to adjust.

generally a good mouse, but using the thumb to move the roller ball is awkward.

This thing wasn't for me. It was too big and really awkward. I didn't appreciate the ball getting jammed up. It was also pricey. I guess it comes down to personal preference. I didn't them at all, very disappointing.
