Issues with the Ball

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you are having issues with your mouse. Here are possible solutions:
If your mouse is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the mouse and Unifying USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your mouse and is turned on. Make sure the Unifying USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on. Finally, download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint mouse and keyboard software. If you need further assistance, please contact Logitech support on the website.

Not good

The mouse stops working frequently throughout the day- I've stopped using it out of pure frustration. When I used it, I turned it off after every use and the thing went through batteries like crazy. I'm currently on my third battery and I got it in early feb... it's now an expensive paperweight.

Bad for Mac Users

The weight of the ball feels very light and unstable, and I am a petite woman with small hands. It is poorly designed and made with cheap materials. I returned it.

Do not purchase

I thought it was because I was using a store brand battery so I swapped it for a Duracell but I'm still having the same issues. I do not recommend this product.

Disappointed

Hardly been 6 months of use this is giving me trouble. Lot of issues with this mouse and hangs quite often. I had to unplug n plug back the dongle i order to get this working again. Frustrating

Sadly my excitement disappeared because the cursor lags. Often. I bought this mouse new from two different vendors and returned them both for this problem.

Not for senior citizens

Tried to return but in process lost miniature USB dongle.....Therefore, expensive paperweight in my case. Cheers, hope this helps someone to avoid same mistake!

Not quite 2 months old and having trouble

Definitely not happy with the quality!!! I'd say the first month it worked flawlessly, now its super hard to get turned on. Guess ill look and see what the warranty is...

They had me drive all over the parking lot just to be ignored, I advised staff at front entry I was unable to check in via the email direction.

Fantastic Track-Ball

I had no problem using it and like the fact that the track ball can be pushed out for cleaning when necessary. Recommend that when done you turn it off to save on the battery. The track ball moves smoothly. While somewhat pricey it is worth it. I find it helps me with my laptop and I don't need to have a mouse pad to use it. I use a Track-ball with my desktop..like to keep things easy to use.
