This is the first trackball I have used for the thumb. It will take a little time to adjust using the thumb but I have to say that my hand is feeling much more comfortable. The outer case of the trackball offers support to my entire hand allowing me to relax the muscles in my hand without concern that I will accidentally hit a button by mistake. There are solid grips on the base that allows the unit to be placed anywhere and there is no concern of it sliding away. The storage of the adapter is inside of the battery compartment which makes it easy to travel with this trackball. I am very happy with m,y purchase. My only complaint is that I would like the wheel to work in the same direction as my MacBook trackpad.

I spend a lot of time on my computer working, and had started to develop discomfort at my right shoulder, in my wrist and a bit in my hand. This mouse has saved me as I can put it ANYWHERE to use it, even on an uneven surface, because it does not move at all as it works. So, no more uncomfortable arm positions for me, and the hand is ergonomically supported. It takes a bit of getting used to, as it is so different from what we are used to, but that very short adjustment curve is well worth it!

This mouse is excellent. Count on getting used to the track-ball very quickly. I was nervous at first to try a trackball because I wasn't comfortable with not using a traditional mouse; however, after I acquired the necessary comfort level the mouse offers, I quickly was happy with my decision. It allows your wrist not to get tired and you have more control over the administration of your computer. Furthermore, if you have a large monitor (large than 18") this mouse is perfect. Sometimes the ball gets a little sticky, but it is easy to fix that. Overall, it is a great product.

This is a must have wireless mouse. Love it. Able to connect Logitech Keyboard and mouse with one wireless connection. Easy to use.

The trackball eliminates the need to move the mouse. The only thing you need to do every once in a while is pop the ball out and blow the dust/dirt off of the contacts and replace the battery.

Love the tiny dongle! It's easy to install and no wires to trip over while sitting on my couch.

Bought one years ago after damaging my wrist in an accident. I used it for years until laptops replaced desktops. When my daughter wanted a better mouse for graphic design classes I was happy to find modern (wireless) version. It has a storage space for the USB connector and functions with more precision than standard mice. Well worth the minimal addition in cost.

APPLE WHO?? No longer will I have the concept of it has to be an apple!! Best Buy sales person said it’s going to be a learning curve to get use to, and by George it wasn’t!! So glad I made the switch! Trackball is the way to go, if your producing music... I’m sure their are things that this Logitech can do that I haven’t tried, but to me this beats the Overpriced Apple Mice devices any day!!

I had one of these a few years back, and it still works with NO problem. I rather use the trackball better than a regular pc mouse. Some people can't get use to using the ball and rather use a regular mouse. I can't see how people can move their hands and arms back and forth all day long without getting annoyed. Using the trackball , to me anyway, is the way to go. And this one works great and will last a very long time with NO problems at all.

Simply, the best mouse ever built. It fits comfortably in your hand. The trackball glides smoothly and effortlessly. The only movement involves your thumb thereby letting your arm and wrist rest comfortably on your desk or table top. I have been using it for years and have not suffered any problems using it. No carpal tunnel syndrome or other wrist problems using this mouse. Naturally, the only mouse you will ever need.

This type of mouse was recommended to me by my bf as he was getting me involved in an online game. This has been one of the best suggestions that I have gotten & glad that I did it. I do use my mouse a lot, besides for games & it is more ergonomical & eases the tension in my hand from using a mouse a alot.

I couldn't be more happy with this mouse! It was super easy to hook up. All I had to do was plug the receiver into the USB port and turn the mouse on. I didn't even need to run an instal! It makes surfing the Internet a breeze. Because it is Bluetooth, I'm able to sit back and get cozy on the couch and effortlessly browse all my favorite web sites. I would highly recommend this trackball mouse to anyone!

I love this mouse so much I have one on every pc / Mac in the house. It's great for laptops and MacBooks. You dont have to move the mouse at all, Cuz of the trackball. So you don't need any room, That makes this good for on the go.

I can't live without a trackball mouse. It was great to know I could have a wireless one to go with my new laptop. The usb plugin even works with the Logitec wireless keyboard I bought so I don't have to use two usb ports.

... and the new iteration in the Logitech Trackman line is a beauty. Obviously one must start to use it to appreciate it, but one you start using a trackball, going back to a mouse is traumatic... The M570 gives you perfect control on the pointer, places you fingers on the buttons and the ball in a natural way, and, as all trackballs, also solves problems of free space on a desk.

Bought this on sale in case my existing wireless trackball went out (it hasn't, by the way). I finally remembered I had it on the shelf, and unpacked it to use with my laptop. And I love it! The trackball is standard Logitech, it works, and it works well. It's not the cheapest item out there, but you get what you pay for, and Logitech is always high quality. I love the new micro-sized receiver, I can leave it plugged in to the laptop all the time. This is a big improvement over the old wired receiver (which I didn't mind since I was using it with a desktop machine). The only problem with any wireless devices is the eventual need to change the battery (every 6-8 months, in this case). Just keep a spare on hand.

I am a huge fan of trackballs. It's like once you use a trackball, you won't go back to a regular mouse! This wireless trackball from Logitech is really great and so easy to use. Pop in the USB receiver, turn on the trackball, and that's all there is to it. 100% plug 'n play.

I was looking for a trackball mouse, this was all I could find but man am I happy with it! The optics are very accurate, the shape is pretty good fit for right handed people, and the button layout feels good in my hand. CONS: No left handed version (that I can find). Conclusion: If you are looking for an accurate wireless trackball this is a winner.
