Using a regular mouse flares up my RA. I used my daughter's trackball for a couple of weeks and fell in love. This is my 2nd replacement over the past 6 years. Not bad considering how much I use it.

This is the greatest mouse ever!!!!!! It has single-handedly cured my neck problems and has stopped me keeping my wife awake while i play computer games at all hours of the night! One of the best purchases I've made!!!

Logitech - M570 Wireless Trackball Mouse - Gray/Blue LOVE this thing! It works perfectly right out of the box. Buttons are programmable, but I like it just as it came. Only thing I would've done differently is either make an available leftie model, or make it symmetric for leftie programming.

I have carpal tunnel and really needed to find something better to use. I tried this mouse (took about a day to get used to) and I love it! I have 2 of them and use them on every computer.

I loved this mouse, feels great. EXCEPT it stopped working after 2 months of light use at my home. Never dropped, one day I go to turn it on, it does not turn on. I change the battery and it still does not turn on. I left it alone for 2 days and OMG it turned on for 5 minutes and it has been 3 days and the mouse still has not turned back on.

this is a perfectly operating mouse, the ball itself is very fast but controllable and you scan swipe it quickly when needed and scroll all the way across the screen effortlessly.

Purchased several for family and they are all working well after five years of use.

I have replaced my traditional mouse for this one, it may take some getting use to at first but it is more comfortable bigger hands and navigates faster.

My husband requested a Wireless Trackball rather than a regular "mouse" for his birthday. My son suggested the Logitech M570 Wireless Trackball for the great features.

My son is starting to learn autocad and needed a mouse to use with his laptop. This one is working perfectly it is comfortable to use.

This is an upgrade from my old trackball mouse & there is no substitution for logitechs high quality. Highly recommended

This is my second Logitech trackball and it's great. i love the small USB interface.

Although it's a bit large to haul around; it's still better than using the mousepads on laptop/notebook computers.

I have no complaints. It's a good product with a great price. I would recommend it to all my family and friends.

While overall the trackball is as easy to use as traditional ones have been, the actual body is less ergonomically designed. This is the first thing a new user will notice when using this trackball, The edge of the body above the ball has to high of an arch and digs into the hand. The buttons are another story, rather than being straight as one would expect, they curve down to the right thereby making it more difficult to click the buttons when one lays one's hand upon it in a natural way. The track ball must be set at a specific angle in order to click the buttons without hassle. Therefore, the brainless ease of use one has had from previous designs is no longer there. It actually takes a it of conscious focus to use the device until of course it becomes natural. This is contrary to usability metrics and no mouse or track ball should be designed that way. The biggest problem I have with this track ball is the ghost clicks I consistently encounter while playing spider solitaire. Not only will the device double click, it will let release the mouse button unexpectedly thereby returning the cards to their previous spot or preventing the intended move by dropping the card on an alternate column prior to the intended column. I have also begun to experience these ghost clicks within the browser while surfing the web. Checked boxes that are automatically unchecked, and YouTube videos that continue to play when the pause button is clicked. It appears that when one hovers over an item, it is automatically selected even though the feature is disabled in Windows 7. You will be glad to hear that while this is an unacceptable bug for users of these types of products, I read a few months back while trying to find a solution that both Microsoft and Logitech consider these ghost clicks to be harmless to users. If you consider it harmless to inadvertently place two orders for the same item or items on a website because your single click ended up being two clicks harmless; then yes, this is a harmless bug. As a result of my experiences with this Logitech product, I must advise against it's purchase. If this concerns you and you choose against purchasing as a result of this review, please inform Logitech.com that you consider this a serious security issue that must be resolved. Thank you.

I got this mouse for my wife, who works at home. She needed a mouse that wouldn't irritate her wrist when working long hours at a desk. So far, she's happy with it.

The buttons on the top side of the mouse just left of the left click button could be a little more stream line. Other then that great mouse. Takes a little to get use to, after that that I loved it.

Its a good ergnomic mouse, but i have to take the ball out for cleaning every couple of days. other than that it is good

Use it on arm of my chair with laptop on stand. Having a stationary unit makes it easy to use on recliner armm
