The Logitech - MK470 Slim Wireless Mouse and Keyboard Combo - Black/Gray is a minimalist's dream for those who want the feel and look of a MacBook keyboard with a full 10-key option. I found the keyboard to be a nice change of pace for me as I use a MacBook Pro at home, but a PC at work. PC keyboards are notorious for being tall and long-pressing keys compared to the nearly flat keyboards of the Mac. This keyboard is a perfect change of pace for me as it gives me the feeling I am comfortable within my office. It is fast, responsive, and easy to use immediately. I am not a fan of the grey battery cover. I think that black would have been a better choice. The mouse is nice looking and sleek, partnering with the keyboard well visually. Completely black, no grey, this mouse is fast, responsive, and precise. The scroll wheel is larger than others, but feels good and is easy to use. My biggest issue with the mouse is that in the effort to keep the sleek, minimal look, the mouse just feels awkward in my hand. I am used to a full ergonomic gaming mouse, which is molded to fit the hand. This mouse feels dainty and doesn't fit the hand, so you have to rest your hand on the surface. I can see some hand/wrist fatigue after a longer period of use. PROS - Logitec Quality and Design - Clean, Sleek, Minimalistic - Fast, Responsive, Precision - Nano USB dongle - Exceptional battery life. The manufacturer claims up to 18-months for the mouse and up to 36-months for the keyboard (no real way to test this) - Ultra-quiet mouse (no clicking sound) CONS - The mouse is not comfortable compared to a full-size ergonomic counterpart - Not a fan of the grey battery cover on the keyboard as it is the entire length of the keyboard and has a shiny part that reflects light.

This is a fantastic Logitech keyboard and mouse. The fit and finish is very nice and also quiet. I feel confined to using a laptop keyboard many times and I just need the feel of a full size keyboard for longer typing sessions. This keyboard has a simple presence to it with its minimal look and not having extra bezel on the sides or bottom. It connected to my laptop instantly and the keystrokes feel confident and bounce back nicely. The mouse along with this keyboard is the perfect compliment. The mouse has a flat feel to it without being arched. Simple to hold and use, but also simple to pack away in a computer bag which is limited on space many times. Overall I feel it’s a low profile keyboard and mouse style that would fit into just about anyone’s space. Small office, small desk space, on the go, or hotel life. This Logitech MK470 slim wireless combo (keyboard and mouse) offers a slim and compact design that fits well in any small space. Keyboard typing is fluid and quiet, mouse is ultra quiet that you barely hear it clicks!! The top upper trim pops out to replace batteries. I hooked it up to my laptop to have sone rest on my legs.

This combo is very nicely made, with a nice feel to it. It is deceptively weightier than I had thought (due to its smaller size), but that was definitely appreciated as it (coupled with its rubber feet) served to keep the keyboard stationary on the desk. Also, its keys are wonderfully quiet - which is also something that is highly appreciated. The absolute ONLY niggle that I have with it is the mouse. In and of itself, it is a very nice mouse. The problem is not with IT, but with my hand. I have very large hands, and need a fairly large mouse in order to gain the comfortability factor while using it. But, for anyone who dosen't have hands like an ogre, I know that you would be very happy, indeed, on the purchase of this fine kit.

I'm not big on wireless mice/keyboards because you have to replace the batteries every so often, and this is no exception. There's a claim that the included batteries of the keyboard and mouse are expected to last 36m (3 years) and 18m (1.5 years) respectively. That is because of an auto-off feature that times out the keyboard and mouse when not in use. Appealing but remains to be seen. (Follow up in 1 year) The usefulness of the product itself is very pleasing. I love the separate number pad and the responsiveness of the keys are smooth and quiet. Quite hefty for its size which is a good thing, keeps the keyboard from sliding around the desk. The mouse is a minor disappointment. While it is quiet, virtually no sound from clicking, it's extremely small for my hands about the size of my palm. (I'm 6'3"; my middle finger is about 3.5" which is about the length of the mouse) this is very uncomfortable for me especially since I used the computer quite often. I can see myself cramping up within minutes. If I could buy the keyboard severally I would. the mouse is NOT for big handed people

I picked up the Logitech combo ML470 wireless keyboard and mouse to replace an older combo model that was showing its age. Right out the box you can see that the keyboard is sturdy and the keys have great feedback when typing. The size is more compact that other wireless keyboards on the market but still provides the dedicated number keys to the right of the standard keys. The mouse is light and responsive though a bit more of a plastic feel then other wireless mouses that I have had. The mouse is not a deal breaker at all. This combo is a great addition to anyone's desktop or docked laptop.

I love this keyboard and mouse. I have been using this exact setup at work for over 5 years and recently purchased a new pair when I lost the USB for the old one moving to a new jobsite. Its durable, its sleek, its small, and its powerful. The keyboard makes typing comfortable and easy. The mouse is thin so it can fit in my pocket while walking between meetings. It takes very little storage place for traveling on business. You can bring the Logitech with you on just about any trip and it will come out working like new. I don't plan on using anything else as long as these are available.
