    Began to fail at 6 weeks. A good keyboard but only as long as you're buying it as a disposable.

    Over all an ok keyboard. I prefer the solar one. The buttons are easier to use, thus typing faster. The up / down button is one button. For how fast I type it's a problem for me.

    Connectivity goes in and out and the mouse not ergonomic. Returned

    Wireless keyboard and mouse

    The keys are not silent. It makes lot of noise while typing. Also All CAP and NumLOCK key do not have any lights on the keys so hard to figure out if these keys are on.

      I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your Logitech keyboard. I suggest you look at Logitech's Keyboard assortment because each is unique in its primary functions. If you are looking for a keyboard with a CapsLock indicator on the actual key, I suggest getting the MX Keys. Also, this keyboard will be even quieter than the MK470 combo, which is more toward the Logitech base product line.

    this produce doesn't tell you if you have capital letters on or not. going on bank accts ect you get kicked out because of case sensitive. i took this set up and put on shelf. i went and bought another one from best buys . this is a rip off in my opinion!! i had to buy 2 to get the right one! no help to ask ?

    Mouse is an odd shape and takes a while to get used to. Left mouse button quit working after 18 months of use.

    I returned as the keyboard stopped working and the mouse was lagging. I didn’t even have this item for 90 days. I was unable to receive a refund despite the product being defective, only an in store credit. Do better Best Buy.

    Logitech is not my favorite keyboard its very very frusterating when I'm trying to put passwords in and there's no caps lock LIGHT or number key Light and when you putting passwords in the computer does not say caps locks is on or off so I brought this back and went to Walmart and bought a insignia keyboard because it has these lights on them are very important information

    The mouse is fine but the keyboard only works about 20% of the time. Ive been too busy with work to return so now I have to bite the bullet and buy another one. Complete waste of money, and apparently a lot of people have this issue. This item should be recalled immediately.

    Did not like this unfortunately. Not comfortable for typing or navigating the mouse. Caused me pain and keyboard is awkward to type on.

    Unusable after one month

    I really like this keyboard and the slender mouse, but unfortunately the mouse stopped working in the first month. I bought this combo set because it uses one dongle and I didn't have sufficient USB ports for more, so now I have to scrap the whole thing for a working mouse.

    This will be returned immediately. Keyboard randomly stops working. While writing this review the keyboard was nonresponsive twice, once for about 60 seconds and a second time for over two minutes. It does this every 10 minutes or so and then works fine for awhile. Obviously not a usable keyboard. Do not purchase. Spend more, spend less, just dont spend your money on this.

    I purchased this after asking the Associate at Best Buy would it work with my MacBook. It wouldn’t pair correctly.

    CAUTION! KEYBOARD FREEZES UP WHEN IN USE

    I purchased this wireless keyboard several days ago. What I have found to be most frustrating with this keyboard is its tendency to FREEZE UP for minutes at a time, making the keyboard non-functional. LOGTECH NEEDS TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM PRONTO.

      Hello, Very sorry to hear about the mouse quitting after just 3 weeks of use with the MK470. Fortunately, the MK470 does come with a 1 year limited hardware warranty.       Hello MacOnly, Very sorry to hear about the issues you had trying to connect the MK470 to your Mac. The reason why is that this isn't compatible with Mac OS.       Hi, I'm sorry that you were not able to the mouse from the MK470 combo to connect. The provided Nano Receiver would be preprogrammed to have both the Keyboard and the Mouse paired to it. It should be simple Plug and Play. I'm sorry that this was not the case for you. If you are looking for a smaller combo another good option is the MK360. Thank you for being a Logitech customer.
