Purchased a Logictech keyboard

I purchased this item for business use. I have been quite pleased with the service of my purchase. More importantly I am well pleased with the excellence in customer service received while making my purchase. From the technician who diagnosed my dilemma with my laptop keyboard to the young man who made the Logictech recommendation.
