    product did not work right soon as I opened. Buttons were sticking or not responding. Best buy did a return with no problem

    Copy key starts to fail with in the first month. Happened on the same keyboard that I had bought previously.

    I wrote this review a bunch of times and keeps telling me I need to type more so I'm writing this to take up space, it's a keyboard it works.

    it's a great keyboard to use and can be very productive to have. however, the keyboard tends to die because the batteries die fast.

    Has a variety of functions that are convenient to have , but very little information on how they function and what the purpose is for a most of the bells and whistles on this keyboard. Having an issue , getting it to type on the screen. Used the onboard shut - off and could not get computer back up . Took a while and then had to re-sync computer and monitor to get them on at the same time .

    keyboard works great, but the mouse wheel doesn't hold position when used. you scroll down. when you stop, the screen goes right back to where you started.

    Drivers were not available on Logitech website for this keyboard. There was no way to active all the features this keyboard offered without the drivers.

    The keyboard is fine but the mouse it comes with has a loose wheel that scrolls on its own and has terrible tracking overall.

    The comfort was great but because it was wireless there seemed to be a lot of lag. Had to go back the the old fashioned USB plug in keyboard.

    I normally love logitech but lately the quality of products has been in decline over the past 4 years. Extremely disappointed with my latest purchase. I use this at work and I keep having to retype my messages or reports due to the keyboard. Switched to a Microsoft keyboard and it is no longer a problem. Missed the 14 day Best buy return policy, so I'm stuck with it.

You can use the Logitech Unifying Software to reconnect the mouse and keyboard to the receiver: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025297913.     usb connectivity issues

    I could never get the usb dongle to stay connected. I finally gave in and bought a different mouse with a different dongle that is not as nice as this one, but it stays connected without an issue. These problems started fairly early in the purchase.

    The regular keys on the keyboard are fine. Not all of the special keys work.

    I got this wireless keyboard and mouse (although I prefer the roller ball style mouse) Speakers don’t work, dedicated buttons don’t jive with my laptop And I don’t have time to sit there and try and figure this crap out Something is not right here. Oh! And batteries went dead within a few uses...now it’s not working...I ain’t got the time.

    bought it august 22 and on november 1 the mouse is already dead,when it first stated going bad i assumed the cheap batteries where bad,bought brand new batteries today and its not the problem the mouse is just dead already,iam starting to have a huge problem with the quality of most electronics being sold today across the board

    Overall the keyboard is comfortable. It is just too big and the keys are annoyingly loud. The mouse is utter garbage. It may have all the bells and whistles but it is finicky and the scroll wheel is loose and makes it frustrating to use. I returned this thing the next day. Please look elsewhere.
