Lettering coming off

I use the computer about 1 hour a day, and purchased this in 2,5 months ago. The S has been gone for over a month so it didn't even last a month and a half. Cheaply made crap

Missing USB receiver

When I opened up the box it was missing the USB receiver. I took it back to Best Buy but was told I had missed the Jan 15 return date. I have the same device on my laptop and my wife and I love it. Not very happy with Best Buy.

Occaisional problems with shift/ctrl engaging, rubber feet already coming off, bluetooth drops out occasionally but that could be my laptop.

Broke in less than 1 month

did not have a laser mouse

Posted .Hello caveman, sorry to hear that the MK570 combo did not meet your expectations. The reason we use an optical sensor on our products is because Optical is more accurate than laser. This is how we are able to have higher DPI settings than the rest of our competitors.
