    I bought this item on 10/05. Used about 5-8 days for work, mostly via Microsoft Teams. On 10/24 it didn't work anymore. It's overheating and doesn't turn on. Can't return nor exchange. Good image quality, and perhaps I have a defective product. Still, from my perspective, that's 100% failure and low quality. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this product.
