    The adjustable angle is great for figuring out what position is most comfortable for your hand. A bit pricey.

      Hi Albert, So glad to hear that the MX Ergo has saved you for developing worse carpal tunnel. If you haven't done so already, I highly suggest using Logitech's Options software which allows you to customize buttons and settings.     I've been using these trackball devices for many years. this one is fantastic with new features. It has a tilting base so you can change the angle on your wrist to make them even more comfortable. Great charging life. And the trackball is responsive. I just love these trackball mice.
