This is not an ideal ergonomic mouse for someone who has arthritis or carpel tunnel in your hands. Overal mold to hands is great. Gives you two different height settings and syncs nicely. Heavy and seems to have good quality. I ended up returning it because it made my hand start to hurt more vs feel better. Most likely due to the constant movement with my thumb.

I have 2 of these. Bought the first one for home a year ago, bought another for the office. Love the angle the wrist sits at. Extremely comfortable for all day use.

It helps me to avoid carpeano tunnel, it just allow me to use my hand as i should

Take some getting used to but it's a great mouse. I find myself wanting to use a trackball now more than standard.

Was having wrist issues with regular mouse. This took some getting use to but now would not give it up. Wrist issues are gone.

while usually one of my favorite additions for laptop and desktop use this one continually had to be rebooted to keep from having control issues, I ended up with a wireless mouse that needs a surface to work,

I had a previous version of a similar track ball mouse from Logitech, but this one is much better. The magnetic base is a really nice option!

I've been using Logitech ball type mouses since 1993. This one is by far the best model I've used to date. I own several of them. I buy them for the office, I have one in my backpack for when I travel, and a couple of them at home for each of my computers.
