The ball movement is very smooth and with the conveniently place button that cuts speed for precision. This is my favorite out of the last four I have owned.

Took a bit of getting used to and now I use these on all my comps. Makes scrolling and precise work with a mouse easier than a mouse and pad.

First, it charges via micro USB. Why would you make a device that doesn't use the standard USB-C? Second, the scroll wheel doesn't have the ability to free spin like the wheel on the Triathlon. This option makes it so much easier to scroll documents with multiple pages. Third, there is no place to store the dongle in the body of the Ergo, like you can on virtually every other Logitech device. Lastly, the base plate is magnetic and there are only 2 options to position this device. Why not have the base plate mounted permanently and able to be set at multiple angles? This way there is no chance of losing it and you have more options. Like I said, it's good but could be better.
