Best trackball out there right now. If you enjoy trackball mice then you won't find one better. If you have never used one before, I recommend saving your money and starting with the base model for allot less money.

I broke my last one of these. I really like the feel of it and don't have to move wrest all around the desk. Different angles as well.

I've used the past versions of this trackball and liked it but moved away from it some time ago because of the accuracy of a mouse and all the features of the MX mouse. I was skeptical about the tilt feature of this new trackball but it's now my most favorite feature. I always have it tilted and it is so much more comfortable. I hate using it without the tilt. I have some wrist issues and this has really helped me. The accuracy is not the same as a mouse but the offer a button to help with that (accidentally) hit it sometimes. You can adjust accelerate settings for the trackball but it still takes a few turns to get across my dual 27" monitors. But even with those issues I have not stopped using it. It's very comfortable when tilted. I would give a 5 star review except I hate the scroll wheel. I'm used to the scroll wheels in expensive mice that are metal and have the ability to turn on the click or smooth scroll. This scroll wheel looks the same but just doesn't feel the same as the MX. Most of all there is no smooth scroll so it always has the click and on applications the click moves a different amount of lines. I'm still happy with the mouse and so is my wrist.

I've been waiting a long time for a Bluetooth trackball, and finally it is here. Works great, has multiple angles of use, and many extra features (like the "slow" cursor button). Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

The MX ERGO+ is a great upgrade to the M570. Besides feeling better built, it can tilt up to 30 degrees making it much more comfortable to use than the previous model. It might take a bit for you to get used to it but that time is well worth it.

I was having shoulder pain and was advised to try this trackball thumb control mouse. Because it is ergonomically designed, both my arm and hand are more relaxed when using the computer, and my shoulder pain has significantly decreased.

The MX Ergo is a big change from the M570. It is much more capable from a features perspective and feels like the much needed next step for the mobile wireless trackball from Logitech. Though, it's a bit on the expensive side...

This works great. No issues switching from devices. Very comfortable and you have different options to change how it sits so you get the right angle for your wrist / hand that suits you.

Very well built trackball. The best feature is the dual bluetooth capability which lets you control 2 systems with one mouse.

The trackball is smooth and easy to pair. I enjoy the speed and precision. Very comfy on the wrist.

love that this mouse connects to either my iMac or my windows computer! its easy to sync I love that I dont have to toggle between two mice for each device.

I have used a trackball for years. It's easier for me than a mouse. My last one just died. I was pleased to be able to got a new one. Delivery was fast and easy.

Since windows 10 came out finding a trackball that worked without clicking like crazy to open/click a link UNTIL NOW this is awesome and also has a a rotating angle for your hand to sit comfortable on A+++++ 10/10 for me

When I first opened this mouse, it felt comfortable on my hand. It does take a few days to get used to, it could be because I never used a ergonomic mouse before. But I instantly loved this mouse. Best choice by far. It will not disappoint.

Easy to use by moving only your thumb. The hand stays on it's side with the wrist supported on desk top. So far I am not as fast with this as I was my standard mouse. Overall I like it snd it helps my joints which was the purpose of the purchase.

Was looking to replace my old logitech m570 mouse, this is perfect and great upgrade

Great quality, it has survived a lot of falls and it's still kicking. It can swap between 2 devices on different modes (usb reciever and bluetooth). latency is fine, range is great for me personally. the only thing that's annoying is that the pad on the bottom shifts easily. but this mouse has been amazing for my carpal tunnel.

I bought this because I was having some wrist pain. I have been working with old photos and of course using the mouse a lot. I had been using a Microsoft Sculpt wireless. It is an excellent mouse in my opinion, but I thought I would try this one. LOVE IT. One caveat, It is not as quick to use as the Sculpt, but I have found it really takes a lot of the pressure from your wrist. I had never used a trackball, but find I do like it and this one seems to perform very well and seems to be built well. I will keep the Sculpt and plan on switching out sometimes depending on what I am doing, but I would definitely buy again. Also a little pricey, but worth it to me.
