I can't believe how quickly I was able to get comfortable again with a trackball! I have used many Logitech trackballs over the years and really like the ones that are controlled by my thumb. I have rebuilt a couple of the old ones over the years and really miss having one now that they are gone. When I pulled it out of the box, I was surprised to see the way it can be adjusted for angle. Both the middle and tall wedges feel a lot like the devices I was so used to long ago. It was just a few seconds before my hand was feeling natural on this thing, meaning they really took a look at what made the old ones so great. I really like the ability to connect with both Bluetooth and the Unifying receiver and also being able to connect to more than one device with a single click. The finish is not overly exciting, and I hope it lasts better than some of the old trackball cases that became sticky over time. I am a little hesitant to tell a couple of my friends about this as I am pretty sure it will disappear if I do! It is a great mouse alternative if you have a small desk (or want to use it sitting in your recliner as I did for an hour or so the other night!) or a glass top that doesn't play well with normal mice.

I've owned this one for years with my MBPs. I will only use trackball so choosing between those options, this one feels premium and doesn't lose connection. I really like the extra tilt. The only feature I've seen in other trackballs that I wish this one had is a ball ejector to ease cleaning - but my mechanical pencil pushes it out (no lead), then I get some lead out and clean the inside. It does need cleaning more often than I'd like (no, I'm not dirtier than average), but maybe it's because it's years old... I've banged it up a few times into my desk because it's on a desk tray, but no loss in performance and I bought another one I guess just for cosmetic reasons after using it for years.

PROS: - Insane battery life - Customizable buttons with Logitech software - Adjustable angle makes using it much more comfortable - Wireless adapter or bluetooth connection - Can use with two computers at once - Extremely comfortable, even with large hands CONS: - Not a real "con", but I wish Logitech went with USB-C over micro USB for charging the mouse I love this mouse, I can't think of a more comfortable mouse to use than the MX ERGO Plus. With the Logitech software to customize your mouse (everything from button mapping to cursor speed), you can make this mouse truly your own. Pairing is effortless. If you use the included USB dongle, Windows takes care of everything and you're using the mouse right away without worrying about finding drivers. Using a bluetooth connection is just as easy (if you've paired any bluetooth mouse in the past you won't have any problems).

Works great. The angle adjustments and the trackball really reduce the stress on my hand/wrist.

I work hybrid, 2 days at home, 3 in office. I needed a mouse that would easily switch between my work laptop and my personal laptop without requiring a KVM switch since I like to work from my couch! I much pre the trackball instead of the trackpad on the laptops. I ding one point because the ball can't be popped out for cleaning with a finger. I'm sure a qtip or something would do it but on their single computer model with a blue trackball it pops out with a finger.

First time using a mouse like this. WOW. feels great in your hand. Has good size and weight to it. Rollerball is super easy to manipulate. There is a button next to it that slows the tracking down too. Nice tough. Lots of custom settings for the buttons available in the software you download separately. This is well made and an awesome mouse. I like you can set it ad 3 different angles to get it just right for your hand and how you sit at the desk. I have only used it on one computer so I can't comment on the feature that supposedly allows you to use it with multiple computers at the same time. Looking forward to trying that feature but we only have one computer at home so not sure when that will be. Very happy with the mouse and wondering why I waited so long to try this style.

This thing has saved my wrist and hand while doing hours of video editing. Yes, at first it was hard to navigate the ball, but now I am so accustomed to it. It's funny to watch others try it for the first time. You NEED to wash the ball after a while. I thought the mouse was broken, but the ball actually had accumulated gunk that was messing with the sensor. It pops right out, wiped it down, and worked perfectly. My only complaint now is my mouse is finally dying I think after 3 years of regular use. Even when fully charged, it's acting glitchy and delayed. But I did enjoy this mouse so much that I will be buying another.

I purchased this mouse as soon as it came out. Huge upgrade from the Logitech M570 which does NOT have an adjustable tilt like this one does. At first I wasn't sure how much I would like the tilt, but it's starting to grow on me. A great feature this has is a precision mode which slows down the mouse pointer movement to a much slower speed. This is handy for me since I edit photos in Lightroom which allows me to fine tune the sliders. Also extremely useful for video editing. Great buy!

I utilize the trackball mouse on multi screen server stations as I find them easier to move throughout all the surveillance cameras. I can quickly jump from different monitors and then slow the slew rate to view specific locations on each camera screen. I have one set up to cover 8 monitors with roughly 45 cameras. I have 2 more covering 3 55" tvs controlling 90 plus cameras.

Easy to use, though there isn't much by way of instructions in the box. The variable position capability allows for comfortable usage.

If you have not used a track ball it takes a little getting used to since you don't move the mouse, you move the ball. Took me a bit of adjusting but once I got it down I love the track ball. This mouse is heavier than most which gives it a great feel. The magnetic plate on the bottom is great for adjusting the angle effortlessly. A little pricey for a mouse, there are plenty that are less expensive, and I'm no good at using it for gaming. But for general purposes, web browsing, etc., I love it!

Apparently these trackballs are like an endangered species. It was hard to find one that could be shipped quickly. Mine was supposed to be delivered the next day. Nope. Took an additional five days and complaining to customer service about it. The trackball itself works well. The buttons are in good positions. It does take a bit to get used to. My only complaint is that the ball itself is too light. A heavier ball would help me to be more precise with the mouse movement.

This mouse is simply the best. I have limited space to move my other mouse around so it having a trackball is perfect! it fits in my hand just like any other mouse would and you can adjust it to 1 of 2 configurations for wrist comfort. It did take a little time to get used to just moving the ball around, but i am now a pro! i highly recommend this product!

I used trackball like this many years ago and surprisingly had come to miss it. For the record, I am a fan of the 'one button' apple mouse, and have never used a multi-button mouse on mac - but this is really nice. It's aesthetically cool, comfortable, and very functional. Pairing was a breeze - both with bluetooth and the included connection dongle. This may be my new favorite input device. Nice job, Logitech.

My favorite! It took me a little time to get used to this mouse. By time I mean a couple hours since I was accustomed to the standard mouse. Will never ever use a different one. My wrist doesn’t hurt anymore. LOVE!

It took me a day or two to adjust but now i cant work withouth this mouse. It reduced my wrist pain by a significant amount in less than a month, virtually no pain after 4 months with doing the same work that bothered me in the past

Great alternative to the standard mouse...you use a lot of different muscles and give the ones you've used for years a rest. May take some time to adjust to it. The parameters of the mouse are very flexible.

Works great, easy to clean and maintain. I have minimal space for my computer devices, so having a stationary pointing device is key to my productivity!

I loved this mouse for a year, then it stopped working. It was easy to use, fit in my hand (female, 5'1") and helped with wrist pain. Now it does not stay connected to my Dell desktop or acer Chromebook via bluetooth or the dongle.

This mouse works really well in a small space and I really enjoy using it every day.
