    Paperweight after 9-12 months.

only good for 9 months to a year. I went through 2-3 of them. After a while the mouse buttons aren't very responsible. As you're dragging a window or file, it randomly drops it. Seen with each one. Had to fight with tech support, but eventually they sent me the latest "LIFT" mouse that seems okay so far.

Apologize about the experience and it's surely not what we expect to deliver. We understand your displeasure and we will forward it along to the right team so they can look into it. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    Disappointment.

As a long time Logitech M370 user, I eagerly anticipated the trackball refresh represented by the MX Ergo. What I didn't expect was Logitech dropping the ergonomics ball. Rule one of ergonomics: align the bones. The M570 is as reasonably low profile as one can expect given the positioning and size of the thumb ball. The Ergo is much higher and requires a much greater rotation of the wrist. I would have kept the same profile as the M570 and made all the other updates. That said, the new materials, electronics, and software of the Ergo are a joy to work with - which merely adds to my frustration. I do too much work to deal with poor ergonomics. I'm returning the Ergo for another M570 to replace my worn out M570. Call me worn out and fragile if you want, but the angles of the Ergo literally hurt.

I think that the ball mouse that uses the fingers vs the thumb works better. Taking it back.

    Died After 3 Weeks

I splurged on this trackball hoping I'd get a quality product but it died after just 3 weeks. The #2 light was blinking but the charge light was solid green. The Logitech technician told me it was hardware failure and needed to be replaced or returned. I returned it and bought a $15 wireless "no frills" mouse.
