Extremely accurate with a "fine focus" switch for more precise clicking, long battery life (USB rechargeable). Ergonomically comfortable.

Easy to use. It does minimize wrist movement. Better than regular mouse. Minor adjustment to using thumb to move around versus wrist.

Best mouse I’ve ever had! Great for multi-machine use. Very easy on hands and helps to survive long days of working, especially if you have multi-monitor setup (or 49” screen) with a lot of estate to navigate between. The ball is the savior. Plus, you can set up hot keys on the additional ones and that is helpful too. It takes a day to get used to it, especially after a Magic Mouse, but does the hand enjoy this mouse! Also, easy to clean the ball.

Got this to ease up on my arm movement when moving the cursor from one side of monior 1 to the complete other side of monitor 2. Then the ability to program the selector button to 2 different computers. Switching betweem them without pulling out an additional mouse. One mouse and 2 computers. Less space and less movement. Love this item. Already impressed others with how this works.

Bought to use on the arm of an easy chair. Very comfortable to use ergonomic design allows your hand to lay naturally while using it. It is not cheap but after using it I feel like it is worth the purchase price since it fills a non normal use.

I have been suffering from lateral epicondylitis for a while and concluded that it was because of my computer mouse. I changed to this ergo design and within a week pain was gone. Trackball very easy to get used to. Can perform many functions just by programming the buttons. Perfect for those with Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) AKA mouse elbow. Would highly recommend.

    The best trackball to have

Having spent over 25 years working on a computer using various cad systems, this is hands down one of the best peripherals to have. Very comfortable. Having the ability to adjust the angle to more ergonomically fit the hand has done wonders. I was using a Kensington Trackball and this simply blows it out the water. That model was a horrendous trackball design that was causing some severe forearm issues for me. Once I started using the Logitech MX Ergo Plus, the pain has gone away. Being able to adjust the resolution on the ball on the fly when doing fine work has helped as well. I would highly highly recommend this.

I was skeptical of purchasing this mouse due to its price tag. Makes you think twice to pay $100 on a mouse when you see others selling for $20 or so. I decided to give them a try. I figured if I didn’t like them I puke alway return it and get your typical mouse. At the first use, I really lived how it felt and how comfortable this mouse is. Personally, it took my about two days to get use to it. Once I used the software to customize it, I fell in love with it more. No more pre-carpertunal pain. Recommend it!

I love using track balls, as they fit my large hands better than mice. This is a replacement for my 12+ y/o unit that started acting erratically and is spot on. Even though it has a dongle - which the old one required - I use it via Bluetooth. It’s nice it is rechargeable so no need for battery replacement. Meets my needs and no complaints.

I have a really bad right hand and after my conventional mouse broke I decided to give this a try. I would typically wait longer to write a review so that I could speak on the quality or longevity of a product but if anyone out there is in as bad of shape as I am and is considering this product I highly recommend giving it a try. It has given me the ability to move the cursor around which I was struggling to do before.. I would typically type with my left hand and use my left hand to move the mouse but now I can rest my right hand on this mouse and use my thumb to move the cursor.

I got this for use in a tight space where there wasn't enough space to use a regular mouse. Working with a trackball is easy, and it's very precise. Mouse buttons are where you expect. The size is good for medium and larger hands. Adjusting the angle for more comfortable use is a big plus. Being able to use Bluetooth and not lose a USB port is a big plus. Logitech software is always easy to use and lets you completely customize the mouse options and buttons. I was using this and had an older person come by who saw it. They were having problems with there fine motor control and using a mouse often resulted in missed clicks on buttons etc. The trackball solved the issues. Really made using a computer a lot easier for them. They liked it so much I give them mine and got another one.

I have owned trackballs for years and can feel the difference in comfort. Noticeably less wrist fatigue at the end of the day. Biggest drawback: It is missing the speed-adaptive scroll wheel that auto-shifts from click-to-click to hyper-fast scroll that the M705 and MX MASTER 2S both have. They used the button for computer switching instead, handy for those with multiple computers set up on the same desk, but less useful for most. I have a M705 hooked up in parallel for CAD and 3D graphics use as the hyper-scroll is the best feature Logitech ever included. At it's price point, i was disappointed to find it missing in the MX ERGO.

Good quality, solid feel, smooth rolling ball. I got this because my old Logitech Trackball was really old and I liked the idea of being able to change the tilt on the device. Unfortunately, I use 3 28 inch monitors. Moving the ball up and down is no problem, but going across the three monitors was actually causing some numbness and a little discomfort. It would be nice to be able to program the x and y axis individually like on my Logitech G700s. Sadly, I returned the device and went back to the Logitech mouse and the pain in my shoulder (one of the other reasons I wanted to switch to the trackball).
