Perfect Mouse without moving your wrist. Never thought of using a trackball but never will go back to the basic mouse.

"Plus" makes it different from regular "MX ERGO"

First off, I think this mouse it expensive! I had to research this mouse more than I cared to because the Best Buy website along with all other websites didn't really emphasize the reason why it's different from the "MX ERGO". The "Plus" means that you'll get an extra platform to increase the angle of the mouse. I definitely needed the extra angle for comfort, which surprised me. The angles are held into place with magnets and they're definitely strong enough. I read one review indicating that it's strong enough for gaming...and I believe it. Premium!

Got this for a more comfortable mouse alternative and so far I'm pretty happy with it. It's got a bit of a learning period but once you use it for a bit it becomes pretty natural.

Excellent design and build. Feels quality and works well. I do wish that it could tilt a little more vertical but other than that, not complaints. I thought it would take longer to get used to a track ball thumb mouse but after a day or two, no problems. I used to use a vertical mouse but my employer moved to a standing desk with very little mouse space. Being a FPS gamer I tend to control my mouse with my arm rather than my wrist. In a tight space this did the trick.

This is the best mouse if you suffer from Carpal Tunnel or have had surgery for C.T. This doesn't need to be pushed around the desk since you use your thumb to maneuver the trackball. and since you arent pushing you don't need to "grasp" or apply any pressure. The clicking motion is relatively easy as well.

This is an upgrade to an already great product. I bought this because of the tilting capabilities which makes it more ergonomic and custom to your hand. Huge fan of the trackball feature! Never again will I lift a mouse to move or place my cursor. Good product! Go get one!!!

I constantly use the wireless display on my laptop to connect with my TV. I mostly beam my games over to the big screen; and for that, this wireless trackball mouse is perfect. I play a lot of RTS style games, and this is extremely effective for that. It tracks very accurately, and has a long lasting rechargeable battery. I especially like that whether I'm at my desk, on my couch, or in my bed, this functions exactly the same way. I had a wireless optical mouse, and it's performance was spotty depending on the surface it was being used on.

Starting using this trackball to relieve aches in my hand and wrist from RSI. If I grip the device a bit too much or for too long it aches a bit still, but much better than using my mouse. Good battery life, and (if you have the software?) neat little low-battery warning on the OS. My main complaints are minimal- would prefer USB-C over mirco-B port, and device will whine while seeking to connect to a device. I also wish there were maybe two more buttons, or for the ball speed button to be configurable, but not a huge deal.

You have to be a trackball user to really appreciate this mouse. I have used them for years and had some problems with my wrist from my work and it really helps and takes more pressure off the wrist. I has a few more features and my favorite is the little button on the top by the marble that turns the mouse to a slower or faster speed. It works great on anything graphic. It is can be used with or without the additional height pad too. It is totally worth it if you love working with trackballs.

Waited patiently for this trackball upgrade for years, and it was worth the wait. The ergonomics of this make it a stellar device - the pointer is precise and even has an even more precise mode. The grip is comfortable and the supplied buttons are worth it. This can also take advantage of the new Screenflow software for using multiple screens with one device, or manually switch with the switch button near the scroll wheel. We have 2 of these devices. The Plus version was an exclusive to Best Buy and it lifts it another half inch off the desk and gives it some angle.

After switching to a trackball I don't think I will go back to using a regular mouse. This particular trackball is very comfortable with the extra angle spacer to put it into almost a vertical use position. The only issue I have with it is the quality of the micro-usb charging port. It is rather difficult to plug the charge cord into. Personally I believe all devices should have been changed over to the usb-C style by now. This being the latest model is no exception. That said, I am still very pleased with the performance, tactile feel, comfort and long battery life between charges.

Comfort wise it is even better than the old M570 it replaced. It feels like a higher quality item as well. The ball doesn't rattle like the M570 and the rubber-like coating is very nice. My only gripe is that the included riser piece only works to increase the angle from 10 to 30 degrees. I wish it worked at both angles so it was a riser for the less tilted position. With all that considered, It's not a $70 Track ball when the M570 is easily had for $20. I used some BB certificates to save $25 on it and even that felt a little expensive.

I wanted a thumb-ball mouse with USB (no Logitech Unifying receiver) with USB recharging. This one adds a capability to set the mouse at an angle to relieve stress on the wrist. It's very solid, with a metal plate on the bottom to facilitate aforementioned angle. It doesn't collect dust inside the ball as much as others I've had. It automatically reconnects with my laptop if they become separated. It's the best thumb-ball mouse I've ever had, and I've had a lot.
